The apartment is entirely new-built, in the 5th floor with a big balcony with partial sea view of Piraeus port, which is 10 mins walk.

| Living Rooms: | Lounge and dining room with T.V. and two single sofa beds. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included and the apartment is cleaned weekly. If earlier is required, a small extra amount upon agreement. |

Coast/Beach
From the port of Piraeus you can take the ship for any Aegean island (Mykonos, Rhodes, Crete, etc). Even for one day cruise to each island. It is close to metro-underground (7 min walk) that takes you to the centre of Athens, to Acropolis, to the Athens airport and anywhere else in Attica you wish.
By tram you can easily be transferred to the nearest beaches of: Faliro, Kalamaki, Floisvos, Alimos, Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni etc.

Car hire not essential.

Close to metro-underground (7 min walk) that takes you to the center of Athens.
Further details
Bakery and Supermarket are 20 meters from the property.
Taverns and fish taverns all round the Port.
Booking notes
By email and payments to a bank account. Pre-payment of 30% - and 70% must be paid three (3) weeks before your arrival.
A security deposit of one-hundred (100€) euros is required which is returned to you at your departure from the apartment.
