Villa of three units. Our home is located in Firostefani, one of the most beautiful villages in Santorini. A quiet and exclusive community, only 10 minutes walk from busy Fira, Santorini’s main town and center of activities and amenities. Firostefani is built on the famous Caldera cliff edge, high over the sea with stunning views of the rest of Santorini, its outer islands and the volcano in the immense bay below. The house is constructed in traditional Santorini architectural on 3 levels. Each level is self contained and can be rented individually or in combinations. Our suites are an idyllic place to stay and our goal is to make you feel the experience and the quality in a peaceful and private environment.

Notes on prices
All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning and refregirator.
The rates are quoted in euro, per unit, per day without breakfast. Prices include a bottle of wine and flowers and all the taxes. Transfer from airport/port the villa, 20 euros for two persons, each extra person, 5 euros. VIP transfer O/R. Available all year around on request. Discount will apply for staying 6 days or more and for renting the villa in combinations. Additional guests, 35 euro per day, children 5-12: 20 euro per day.
Changeover day
Check in time in our villas is 2pm. Check out time is 11am. Can be flexible.

| Tea Suite, on the second level is a tastefully decorated self contained residence with 2 bedrooms (one double bed and one queen), a bathroom and open kitchen, living-dining area. It has a large, beautiful and private terrace with outdoor lounging-dining areas and the same glorious views (hot spring Thirasia, skaros (ruins of an old castle that were destroyed after earthquake) and Imerovigli village). It is a beauty of architectural style of delight and charm, with thick walls, 9th century Greek tiles floors and elegant furnishings. | |

| Just completed this year, nest on the top floor of our home is a glassed in studio with spectacular views in all directions. Elegant yet cosy and intimate, secluded and comfortable, the studio has enormous charm. The living sleeping area, the built in bath shower and the large private terrace all have magical views of the Kaldera. The room include air conditioning, refrigerator plus coffee facilities. | |

We offer transfer service (on request). One-way Airport/Port Villa Transfer at 20 Euros for 2 persons (extra person, 5 euro), 6 persons and more, 6 euro per person. VIP transfer available on request.
Our guests can use the large swimming pool next to our villa with the same amazing view, sun beds available at a cost of 15 euro a day, 20 euro per day with Jacuzzi.

It is not suitable for the people with mobility problems.
Outside
Our guests can use the swimming pool in the next door hotel for a cost of 50 euro per day, per person including sun beds and towels. @0 euro per day, per persons to use the Jaccuzi ans swimming pool. All our balcony"s have outdoor furniture.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach 6km, quiet, nice and private. There are beautiful volcanic beaches with black sand on Santorini. We recommend Perivolos, 8km from our villa.The most spectacular one is the red beach, 10km from our villa. With public transportation you will easy explore beaches and villages of Santorini (bus stop near by Villa).

Travel
Nearest Port 7km, Nearest airport 6km (driving distance, 15-20 minute). For exploring Santorini we also recommend to rent a car. During high season, hire a car is essential.
Distances
If you are interested in shopping, clubbing, eating, capital center Fira is located 1km from our Villa. One of the most beautiful village, Oia is located 10km only from our villa.
Also from the Villa, cross the popular hiking path that lead you to Oia. It takes around 3 hours and offer fantastic views of the Caldera. A shorter alternative (15-20 minutes) is the part that takes you from Imerovigli into Firostefani and finally Fira town.
Further details
Worth visiting is Museum in Fira with wall paintings from the ancient history of the island. Banks, bars, dance clubs, fashion stores, souvenirs, hand made jewelry shops are mainly located in Fira. Also, Firostefani offer recommended restaurants like Vanilia & Salsa (Greek art cuisine), unique Greek products and trendy coffee shops!
Booking notes
For the booking of the villas, we kindly ask you to contact us by email or telephone. In order to secure a booking we need to receive at least a two night's deposit. Remaining balance due upon check-out. Any cancellation less than 21 days prior to the arrival date results in 50% payment of the entire booking. Any cancellation within seven (7) days prior to the arrival date or non appearance or less-stay, may result in 100% payment of the entire booking.
