This luxury spacious villa is within a few hundred yards of Lardos square which has tavernas, bars, bakery and supermarket. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has solar heating. Two floors comprising of spacious lounge, kitchen/ dining room with gound floor bedroom and shower room. First floor has 2 double bedrooms opening onto balcony with spectacular mountain views. There is an additional shower room and terrace area with a double aspect. The property boasts a private pool and terrace with hardwood table and chairs. There is a gas BBQ and covered, private parking.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
20% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Final balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. Balance to be paid in full if 8 weeks or less before let. £100 security deposit is also required with payment of final balance to cover loss/ damages. This is refunded in full if no damage/breakages are incurred.
Changeover day
Wednesday or Saturday. Arrivals after 4 pm and departure before 11 am.

| Other: | Large store room which houses iron and board, a safe/security box and pool toys for your use. We also have a selection of books for you to read during your stay. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property is cleaned prior to your stay. Towels and bed linen are provided. If occupancy longer than 7 days, the maid will clean and change linen and towels once per week.The pool is cleaned and gardens maintained by the property management service. |
Notes on accommodation
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with electronic barrier. This villa is for non-smoking guests only.
Accessibility
The villa has access for wheelchair users via the level paving to the front door and rear of the property. There is a downstairs bathroom and bedroom.
Outside
There is a gas BBQ and John Lewis hardwood table and chairs which comfortably seat 6 next to the pool. There is also a second table and chairs on the terrace close to the BBQ area. The first floor provides spectacular views over the mountains and the covered gazebo terrace also has a hardwood table and chairs for your use. There is a second balcony area on the otherside of the villa.
Coast/Beach
The local beach at Lardos is approx a few minutes by car or 20 minute walk from the villa. St Pauls bay and the picturesque beaches at Lindos are 5 miles which can be accessed by local bus (1 euro) or are a 10 minute drive. The beaches have stunning views of the Acropolis, water sports and safe bathing. There are sunbeds/umbrellas and tavernas on most of the beaches.
Golf
There is a 18 hole golf course at Afandou which is approximately a 20 minute drive from Lardos. For those inclined, there is a new crazy golf course which is a 10 minute walk from the villa or a short drive.
Special interest holidays
The villa is ideal for those couples wishing to get married in Rhodes or in St Pauls Bay, which is only 5 mins by car.
Travel
Rhodes airport is approx 35 miles and 1 hour by car. A taxi costs 40 euros and is a fixed price. There is a local taxi station in the village square and we have a contact should you wish to book a taxi prior to departure. There is car hire in the village which also gives good rates. Car hire is not essential.
Distances
The local supermarket, bakery and shops are approx 350 yards. The bus stop and taxi rank are in the village square and charge 9 euros to Lindos. Go karts and crazy golf are 3/4 mile from villa. Rhodes town is 35 miles.
Further details
There is a local bank in the village and also 5 internet cafes. There are some fabulous tavernas and restaurants which provide traditional Greek food at some amazing prices. Lindos should not be missed as it has a wealth of culture and heritage to offer but also the cobbled and winding alleyways are full of small tavernas and shops. It is free from traffic and you can explore by donkey if you wish! Rhodes town was voted number one Unesco World heritage site last year and it's history, architecture and Mandraki harbour are well worth a visit.
Booking notes
20% non refundable deposit payable on booking. £100 security deposit is also payable at time of booking. This is returned in full, provided there is no damage. Full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure. Guests are required to complete a booking form with deposit. Welcome food parcels are available on request for a small charge.
