This 2 bedroom house in Lardos is on the south-east coast of Rhodes just 4 miles from the famous picturesque village of Lindos and 2 miles from the resort of Pefkos, 38 miles south of the airport and Rhodes Town. The paved area set down from the house is ideal for spending evenings around the BBQ. The heated pool also means you can enjoy the amenities all year round. There cannot be too many places left in the world like this place.There is too much to mention on the net, get yourself over there and see it for yourself.

Bathrooms: Fully Equipped Bathroom with shower, WC.
Seperate WC on ground floor.
Both with solar heated water plus immersion heater.
Kitchen: Modern fitted kitchen. Fully equipped with built in oven and hob, extractor fan, refrigerator, washing machine and microwave. Also various other small appliances.
Living Rooms: Open plan lounge fully tiled with marble staircase leading to bedrooms. Fully equipped with TV, DVD and CD player. High quality wooden furniture and leather suite. French doors to rear, opening to pool and terrace area.
Other: Small downstairs cloak with wc and wash basin.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
There is a weekly clean of the property with towels and linen included.

 

Notes on accommodation
This house was built in 2003 and has been owned by us since then. Not having previously been offered for letting before 2007, it has been furnished to a higher standard than usually associated with a holiday let. The house is situated on the small award winning White Houses of Lardos development.
Also available for use are 2 pedal cycles, 2 fold-away beds suitable for children & a travel cot.

Outside
To the front of the house you have a small garden giving a cooler area to sit in the afternoons. To the rear is a patio, swimming pool, lawn & paved area, which is coverd by a pergola providing ample shade from the heat of the day. On the patio is a glass topped table & 6 chairs & on the paved area is a gas fired barbeque & hard wood sun lounger's. The upstairs Verandha has a Marble topped table with 6 Directors chairs.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Lardos, winner of the European Blue Flag Small Pebble & Sandy Beach Award, are known as some of the best beaches on the island and are only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk. Crystal clear waters, and gently rolling surf make for an idyllic atmosphere for fun in the sun, or relaxing on the many sun beds under the shade of an umbrella. Also, there are many Tavernas along the beach where you can get a chilled drink or a quick snack while you soak up the sun.

Golf
The 18 hole, par-73 golf course (6800 yards), designed by Britains world famous golf course architect, Donald Halladine is located in Afandou approximately a 30 minute drive by car.

Travel
Diagoras Airport is approximately a 45 minute drive. Cars can be hired at the airport or elsewhere. The airport is also well served by taxis at a very reasonable price.

Distances
The village of Lardos is on the sunny south east side of the island, within easy reach of Lindos, a world heritage site. Within equally easy reach is the increasingly popular village of Pefkos with a wide variety of bars, restaurants, tavernas and many more facilities.

Further details
Almost everything is available in Lardos including a doctor, chemist, car & motorcycle hire, supermarkets, restaurants, bakers, tavernas, go karts, childs play centre including indoor soft play, crazy golf, butchers, gym to name but a few.

Booking notes
Booking are made directly with the owner (see contact details) A non refundable deposit of 20% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure. If you are booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable. There is also an £200 security bond payable 8 weeks before departure - this is held by the owner and returned to you immediately after your holiday (providing no damage has occurred).

We just wanted to let you know what an excellent holiday we had and how much we enjoyed staying at your house.

It was so nice to have so much space and for the house to be so clean and well equipped. We particularly liked the outside seating area, which was great for keeping cool in the afternoon.
The house is also in a great location, as we really enjoyed not having to drive every evening for a meal, instead we could just stroll into Lardos and have a relaxing evening.
We will definitely recommend your house to our family and friend's and hope you get lots of bookings in the future.
