Changeover day
Our preferred changeover day is Wednesday, but this is not a requirement. The villa is available from 2pm, departure is prior to 11am. Whenever possible, we can arrange other check in/check out times.

Ideal for families/couples with children or friends traveling together. No extra charge for air-conditioning and fast internet connection. Due to a high building standard and its position, the villa stays pleasantly cool during the hot summer months. Air-conditioning may only be needed occasionally. Accessibility
Property has some steps, which make it difficult for wheelchair users.
Outside
Superb overflow pool (8.5m x 4.5m) with ionization unit. The pool is right by the veranda and can be watched and directly accessed from the outdoor lounge, living/dining room, office, kitchen, veranda and BBQ area. Pool side shower with warm/cold water, naturally heated by the sun. Spacious sun terrace around pool area. Large covered verandas and patios. Outdoor tables and couches to enjoy Mediterranean outdoor living most of the year. Outdoor masonry BBQ next to the kitchen. Premises: over 4 acres (15000 sq.m.) of fenced property with fruit trees bearing olives, figs, oranges, lemons, apricots, plums, grapes, apples, dates, pomegranates.
Coast/Beach
Just below the villa is the main Kiotari beach, where you can swim safely. Kiotari is famous for its variety of pebble and sand beaches, the crystal clear water and the superb local climate for which people all over the island envy us. Countless beach spots and bays are along the south Rhodes coast. Organized and crowded or untouched and lonely, the choice is yours. A big variety of water sports and boat trips to Lindos are offered at the hotel resort beaches nearby.
Golf
Ca. 40km to Rhodes' golf course.
Travel
Rhodes has direct access from many European cities by charter or via Athens. A car is recommended, all major rental agencies are represented at Rhodes airport.

5-10 minutes walk to Kiotari main beach and the picturesque locality's center (ca. 600m). 3-8km to traditional villages around Kiotari (Asklipio, Gennadi, Lahania, Lardos). 12km to Lindos, 8km to Pefki, 30km to Prasonissi, 58km to Rhodes City and harbor and 60km to Rhodes Airport. 2km to regional medical center (24 hours) and ambulance, pharmacy.
