With its extensive unspoilt surrounds, these private villas are ideal for guests looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. There are 3 villas, 2 of which are available for rental use throughout the year. The owner stays in one of the three villas and acts as host to meet, greet and assist guests with their requests during their stay. There is also a swimming pool (9m x 5m) for guests to use during the summer months.

| Each villa is decorated with comfortable furniture and modern appliances (including air conditioning, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, TV with DVD player). For each villa, there are 2 first floor bedrooms, each room with twin beds and an extra pull-out bed and there is also a sofabed in the open-plan living area on the ground floor. There is a first-floor bathroom and a ground floor shower/wash room. Each villa has a front north-facing first-floor balcony and can comfortably sleep up to 6 persons. The villas are set within stone walls and the grounds (approx 2,700 square metres in total) includes south-facing landscaped garden areas with matured olive trees, stone-paved walkways, shaded seating/rest areas nearby olive trees, open areas nearby the pool and traditional stoned-built barbecue stoves. Seasonal vegetables are also grown in the garden for guests to enjoy. There is also a private driveway/car parking area.

1.2km from nearest beach Kaminia. Takes 20 minutes by foot through country lanes. 3 minutes by car and 6 minutes by bicycle.
