Situated a 5 minute walk from shops, restaurants and bars. This villa has an electric gate opening to a 4000 square metres of land where fruit and olives trees are growing. Lawns and bushes around the house keep the property cool and discrete from curious eyes. Patios surrounding the house, for spending evenings around the BBQ, and admiring the most beautiful sunsets. Our swimming pool has been designed to blend with the sea right behind. It has open plan kitchen to lounge and dining table, guest toilet, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). All rooms have air-conditioning and private balconies. A studio (different entrance), with it's own kitchen and en-suite double bedroom for someone that wants privacy.

Accessibility
The studio has 2 steps, and all the other bedrooms are not suitable for weelchair.
Outside
Big gardens with lots of fruit trees, olives, bushes and lawns. Eucalyptus trees at the borders of the property. Wooden sunbeds with matresses for suntaining around the pool. Large patios around the house. Big tables, chairs and sofa on the patios. The private swimming pool has a kidney shape and is 11 metres long. Only used by the guests. BBQ area next to sea side patio.
Coast/Beach
This villa is by the sea where you can swim safely. The main beach or other small sandy beaches of Pefkos resort are only at 3 minutes walk.
Travel
The only airport on Rhodes Island is called Diagoras and is 45kms from the villa. You can rent a car at the airport and drive yourself, or take a taxi at around 50 euros. Renting a car for a week will cost around 140 euros.
Distances
5 minutes walk from center of Pefkos resort. 7 minutes drive from Lindos village. 1 hour drive from Rhodes town.
Further details
Lots of restaurants offer very good meals at very good prices. Bars at every corner will play various music.Different supermarkets and shops. This resort is very safe even for children on their own. Greeks are so friendly that same people keep coming back.
Booking notes
For bookings, 30% deposit of the total will be required, and the balance on your arrival. The deposit will be sent to a bank account. You will receive an email when the money has been received for your definit booking.

This villa has been quoted the best one on the Island by different agent and guests. We have same people booking the house every year, so watch for the availability.
