Prices include cleaning, linen change, air conditioning and taxes. 25% deposit require at time of booking to secure reservation. Balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, full amount is payable at time of booking. Deposit and Balance can be paid via bank transfer (UK bank) or by credit or debit card (incurs. a 3% fee). Discounts considered for periods over 14 nights and for multiple property booking.

Bedrooms: The Master Bedroom is located on the 1st floor and has its own en-suite bathroom. The Master bedroom has its own large private balcony and large terrace area with lounge furniture. The twin and double bedroom are on the lower ground floor and share a family bathroom. The twin bedroom has double patio doors which open directly in to the pool and garden area. All of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's and ample storeage.

In Kalathos itself there are supermarkets, coffee shops, tavernas, a pharmacy, doctors office, dentist, bakery and restaurants all within walking distance of the Villa. The beautiful sand and shale beach of Kalathos is 1km from the Villa and offers sunbeds, watersports and beach side snack bars. The Villa offers stunning views of the Bay of Kalathos and out across the Agean. Kalathos is on the main bus route to both Lindos and Rhodes Town and the buses offer regular services in both directions. The Villa is approx. 49km from Rhodes Diagoras Airport and Rhodes Town. Kalathos is an ideal location for both holidaymakers who wish to relax in their surroundings or those who wish to explore the Island further. Equidistant to the main Rhodes Town and the beautiful Southern traditional Villages of Rhodes, you can travel to anywhere on the Island in less than 45 minutes. Close by the historical Village of Lindos, many travelers visit Lindos whilst holidaying in Rhodes.
