Villa(maisonette) "Garbis", is located in the north west of Spetses, next to the sea. Spetses is a small greek island in Saronic Gulf, full of beaches and pine forests that cover the lower hills and reach till the sea. In the island the circulation of private owned cars is forbidden, single-horse carriages are ideal for a romantic tour across the city. Spetses is a cosmopolitan tourist destination for visitors with high expectations.

Outside
Outside, in the Veranda, there is a dining marble table seating 10-12 people. Sitting area with coffee marble table and lounge furniture. Walking down the stairs is a small sandy pebble beach, only 50m. from the veranda. House is only 200 meters away from one of the most organized beaches in the island, offering restaurant, sunbeds, beach-bar. Also near other magnificent beaches on the island which are accessible by taxi, water-taxi or hiring a motorbike.
Coast/Beach
Walking down the stairs is a small sandy with pebbles beach, only 50m. from the veranda.
You can easily reach on foot in a close beach(200 m. from the house), fully organized(restaurant, sunbeds, beach-bar) or to visit all other magnificent beaches on the island by taxi, water-taxi or hiring a motorbike.
Skiing
Excursions to nearby destinations like Hydra, Poros, coast of Peloponnese frequent high-speed boats). Scuba Diving, Water Skiing, Beach Volley, pier fishing, hiking as well as Trekking
Travel
Athens International "Eleftherios Venizelos" Airport at 220 km from Spetses.
The visitor can take a taxi to the port of Piraeus, from there frequent service by flying boat to Spetses(2.5 hours).
Or by driving from Peloponnesus until Kosta beach in 2.15 hours and then with water-taxi in 5 minutes to Spetses.
Further details
The Port, Tapia, is walking distance(10 min) from the house. A small town full of interesting shops, small supermarkets, banks and bakeries. The choice of restaurants is very good, offering very friendly service. Many cafes along the port. The Old Port, cosmopolitan destination, walking distance(40 min), or by taxi is a nice place for dinner or strolling around.
