Notes on accommodation
Villa Anastasia is the ideal resort for families and for people who adore nature. Inside, the thick stone walls (half a metre thick in most places) keep the interiors lovely and cool, and all the materials that have been used in the house are natural, from the stone of the walls to the hand-crocheted curtains. Throughout, the walls show the light yellow exposed stone, giving the interiors a bright glow when the sunlight shines through the window. All the windows in the villa are covered with mosquito nets in order to enjoy all day and night the fresh air of the village. Anastasia and her family will make sure that you will have the most enjoyable holidays in an unforgettable environment. Free Wi-Fi internet. Outside
The villa is surrounded by olive groves and colorful flower garden. Thus guaranteeing absolute privacy. A big table made of stone is set near the barbecue under the shade of umbrellas and trees. The swimming pool of 32sq.m will offer you moments of relaxation. External shower by the pool. Pool towels are provided. A great selection of garden toys is waiting of our little friends!
Coast/Beach
The nearest coast is 2km away from the villa. A few meters further (about 4km ) is a fantastic long sandy blue flag beach. To reach the sea you will only need about 5 minutes drive by car.

Travel
Transport connections to the island of Crete are excellent. Throughout the year, Crete is connected to Athens and therefore the rest of the world, by around 15 flights a day to the two airports on the island at Chania and Heraklion. Between April and October, over a hundred charter flights each week connect the island directly with the whole of Europe. Charter flights can be booked at numerous sites on the internet – just type 'Crete flights' into Google and away you go!
