The location though only 10 minutes drive from Skiathos Town is very peaceful and close to places of local heritage like Kastro,several little churches and Evagelistria monastery. Some very nice tavernas with spectacular view are close to the area. A car is essential for this accommodation.

Coast/Beach
Skiathos is an island with an amazing number of beautiful beaches (more than 60). Most of them you can reach easily by car. The nearest beach Xanemos is about 10 min. drive. Koukounaries is one of the most famous beaches in Greece and is about 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Approx 10 minutes drive to Skiathos town and port and to the airport. A car is essential for this accommodation. Prices include a car rental. The road from the town to the villa is very good. The owner will meet you upon arrival.
Distances
The historical monastery of Evangelistria is only 3 minutes drive.
Further details
In the port town of Skiathos you will find tavernas, shops and nightlife for every taste. In the area around the villa there are some very beautiful tavernas.
