Villa Christina is ideal for short or long stays, whether it’s in the Summer, Spring or Autumn months, as the climate is very temperate. The out of season months provide a real escape to peace and tranquillity. It is truly an inspirational setting ideal for writing, painting, study, research, or just relaxation!

Notes on prices
Prices shown are for the property per week in Euros up to maximum of 9 people. An extra 200 Euros will be charged for each additional person per week up to a maximum of 10 guests. Minimum rental periods are for one week. Longer term lettings can be agreed and discounts are available subject to further discussion. Please email for further details.

Changeover day
Saturday is the changeover day, but some flexibility will be considered if given sufficient notice.

| Living Rooms: | The Living Room is spacious and airy with views to the sea and the islands of Spetses and Hydra. It incorporates a Television, DVD and Hi-fi, with ample seating areas, a fire-place and direct access to the patio and swimming pool. |
| Other: | The Dining Area is next to the Living Room and will seat ten people comfortably. The Dining Area has sliding door access to the patio and swimming pool, to enjoy dinner either inside or under the covered veranda. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels are included and are changed twice a week. The villa is also cleaned twice a week. There is a gardener who also tends the swimming pool. There is the opportunity of having the services of a cook if requested at an additional cost. |
Notes on accommodation
On the Lower level there is a Library that can be used as a Conference Suite, seating up to 12 people at a Board Room style table, an office, a study with NEW ADSL Broadband Internet connectivity or, as a family play room. It has its own kitchenette and bar. It also benefits from having a telephone facility.
Outside
The Veranda extends around two sides of the villa and comprises an open and a covered section. The open section has a private swimming pool measuring 8.50m x 4.00m, Maximum Depth of 1.70m and, a pool-side shower. The veranda also incorporates a Barbeque area. This is more aptly described as an Open Air Kitchen. It has a wood-fired barbeque, and oven, work surfaces and a sink.
The 850 sq. metres of gardens extend around the house, with pine tries, lawns and shrubs in abundance.
The villa has parking space for two cars behind remote controlled private gates.
Coast/Beach
Distance to the nearest beach is 200m where there is a mini-market, beach bar and sea sports. Distance to the next beach is also 200M from Villa Christina and is next to the Kyriakou Private Estate. There is an exquisite walk along the shore-line in the shadow of the trees. Golden Beach is 2km from the villa and has restaurant and bar facilities next to the beach. The town of Porto Heli is just 8km from the villa, or 10 mins drive.
Skiing
Water Ski-ing, Scuba-Diving and other water sports are available at most of the nearby coastal resorts.
Travel
The nearest airport is Athens.It is a three hour flight from the UK. It is recommended that you hire a car at the airport or pre-book and drive to the villa. Or take an airport taxi to Piraeus port. This will take about one hour at a cost of approx. 30 Euros. Then take the Hydrofoil from Piraeus to Porto Heli. Travel time is approx 2.5hrs. Hire a car at Porto Heli if you want to travel around the Peloponnese Peninsula. Christina, the owner will meet you at Porto Heli and escort you to the Villa.

Further details
Porto Heli: is the main tourist centre of the area. Just 8kms from the villa, the town has a harbour, sea transportation to Piraeus and to the Saronic islands, cruises to other islands and the east coast of the Peloponnese, sea sports (wind surfing, skiing, sailing and yachting), school of sea sports, renting cars, motorcycles, bicycles, cinema, bars, night clubs, restaurants, tavernas, banks and shops. Kranidi: has a Police Station, a small hospital, Health Centre, pharmacies, shops including supermarkets, special local products and clothing, Rent-a-Car, car servicing, cinema, a local festival in August, restaurants, tavernas, café bars, banks and newspaper kiosks. Kilada: is a small fishing village 3km from Kranidi with fish tavernas, a fish market, a small ship yard and the cave of Frahthi.
Kosta’s small harbour: include tavernas, banks, transportation to Spetses by ferry boat and water taxis (approx. 5 min). Ermioni is a very picturesque seaside village with many entertainment facilities. Epidavros: is a very beautiful small town with a music festival in the ancient theatre every July. The ancient theatre of Epidavros: This is the most interesting archeological site of the area. Theatre festivals and opera take place in July and August.
