Villa Agnanti is an A category, ideally located private villa, consists of 11 bedrooms, all fully equipped with air conditioning, sea view balconies, fridges, TV, bathrooms and hairdryers. Located 300m from a clean water beach. The location is less than an hour away from the city centre of Athens. The area is beautiful and quiet and all rooms have panoramic view of the sea and the forest. Also ideal for 8 - 27 persons to spend the ideal relaxing holidays in this traditional seaside village. All rooms are private, en suite, with 4 stars facilities. It is self catering unit although meals and breakfast on request are possible either in the villa poolside and dining room, or the local tavernas and restaurants by the seaside. Complimentary services, the villa is attended by staff for customer service, cooking, maid service for cleaning and change of linen and towels. Sightseeing and excursions arrangements are offered to the guests.

Notes on prices
Prices are per villa per night in UK Pounds including tax and services.
10% discount for stays over 7 nights. Deposit of 40% required at the time of booking. 60% payment 30 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation the client can use the credit for future reservation or can transfer the credit to other client. Per villa per day for up to 27 adults.
14 nights stay - pay 12 nights (two nights free).

Outside
The villa is located in 6000 square meters of land, overlooking panoramicaly the sea, the forest and the island of Evoia. The gardens are constantly maintained, and include pine trees,palm trees, olive trees, along other Mediterranean plants grown in the area. There are several terraces in the landscape for relaxation with sea view and quite. Around the pool area we offer music of your choice, sunbeds and umbrellas, garden furniture under a large pergola. The pool area is also suitable for dining, and the pool bar is for your private use.

Coast/Beach
2 beaches are close to the villa. The nearest beach is 5 minutes walk, or 2 minutes drive. In a driving distance of 20 minutes, our guest will find organised beaches with beach bars and water sports.

Special interest holidays
The are ancient sightseeing sites in a short distance from the villa. Marathon temples and tomb, museums. Acropolis one of the 7 worlds wonders, within 1 hour drive from the villa. Day trips to the local Greek islands are very interesting to discover quite beaches and live the local life.
In addition within 30 minutes drive there is night life with bars, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Our taxis will drive you, in case you do not want to drive in your night out.

Travel
Athens International airport is the nearest airport to the villa, from where you will need 45 minutes to an hour drive to reach the property. The nearest port is Rafina, 45 minutes drive, where there are connections to the Greek islands.
Second nearest port, is the Athens main Port (Pireus) where are connections to all Greek ports and destinations.

Distances
Athens city is 40 minutes away. The village of Grammatiko is only 15 minutes drive, where you can find super markets, pharmacy, tavernas and coffee shops. The lake of Marathon is approximately 20 minutes drive. Ancienties are within a 20 minutes drive in various locations near the villa. Marathon was an ancient city where battles have taken place and there are temples and ancient houses. In addition was the main venue of the ancient Olympic games as well as Olympics 2004.

Further details
There are pathways for strolls, sport and leisure swimming pool, bird watching, climbing, cycling, fishing, walking, nightlife in 20 minutes drive.
Suitable for those who want to relax and enjoy sea, sun, nature, sightseeing and Athens visits.
