Our beautiful villa is situated on the side of a hill amidst an old olive grove. With spectacular view of the sea and the distant mountains of Albania. This home has been built with relaxation and comfort in mind, with all the lower floor rooms opening on to shady terraces leading to the infinity pool. A superb covered BBQ area and lovely loggia complete the perfect Corfu holiday experience.

Changeover day
In high season (July/August) the change over day is Monday. Guests are requested to vacate the villa by 10.30am on their final morning. The villa is available from 3pm for incoming guests. We try to be more flexible during lower seasons.

| Other: | Outdoor dining area with beautiful wooden table and cushioned chairs. Loggia area with sofa and chairs under giant umbrella. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All bedlinen and pool towels provided. Linen changed twice weekly. Maid service 6days p.w.for 2hrs, but not washing up. Our agent is English and lives locally, he is very helpul and is in daily. |
Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning is available at 40 euros per room, per week, paid locally. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
This is a non-smoking villa, but there are lots of seating areas outside, to relax in.
Small children will need supervising, the villa is built on a steep hill and there are lots of walls that could be climbed and fallen over. Cot and high chair can be rented at £20 per item per week, we do not supply bedding for the cot.lots more photos available!!!

Accessibility
Unfortunately, due to its location, the villa is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The villa sits in its own olive grove, and is surrounded by large walled gardens and patio areas. There is a BBQ and outdoor dining area. The infinity pool has cushioned Italian sun-beds and chairs - all the outdoor furniture was bought for comfort and style.
Coast/Beach
Closest beach and taverna at St. Stephano approx 2.5kms. Water-sport at Avlaki 2.5kms.
Golf
Corfu golf course is one of the best in Europe and is approximately an hour drive from Sinies.
Travel
Airport, Corfu town 39kms. Car hire essential. Overnight ferry from Venice to Corfu port.
Distances
Nearest shop approx 600m. Kassioppi approx 8min drive. Corfu Town 39km.
Further details
Our local small, but very friendly supermarket is called 'Yannis' . It is about a 5 min walk. Yannis has a good wine department and his mother makes excellent taramosalata and tsatziki (he will also supply newspapers on request). St Stephano is good for boat hire and has some excellent tavernas, whilst the attractive harbour town of Kassioppi has shops, a chemist, bars and a night club.

To confirm your booking 25% deposit to be paid within 7 days of booking. Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of booking conditions and is non-refundable. Cancellations to be recorded delivery Balance paid 6 weeks of departure UK Pounds + damage deposit of £500, returned, subject to any deductions. Please ensure you are adequately insured for travel and against accidents.
