The property boasts a ground floor lounge area and fully fitted kitchen including, washing machine, fridge, cooker and microwave. The living area includes a dining table with six chairs, DVD player, ipod docking station, flat screen satellite TV, open fireplace and a downstairs toilet/shower room. The first floor comprises of a family size bathroom with bath and shower with a safety glass screen, two bedrooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other, each bedroom has fully fitted wardrobes as well as a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy the panoramic views. The villa is fully equipped. The garden features a new 8 metre length swimming pool, BBQ, garden table with six chairs, four sun loungers and sun umbrellas

Notes on prices
Flights to Rhodes from the UK are generally on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Reservations can only be held for up to three days to allow for booking flights. A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable within 8 weeks of arrival. Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer, full acknowledgement of payment will be provided. The villa can be occupied from 3 pm on date of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. (This is necessary to allow for cleaning the villa before the next guests arrive, however this arrangement may be flexible with prior arrangement). Car hire and taxis can be booked from the airport. Taxis cost approximately 25 euros. There will be a £200 security deposit, which is refundable on your return following inspection of the villa. Prices are inclusive of electricity and pool cleaning but exclude air conditioning, which is charged at £5 per day.

Location Information: An idyllic rural location overlooking mountains and olive groves close to the traditional village of Kalythies which has local bars, tavernas and shops. The east coast beaches of Afandou, Tsambika and Kolymbia bay are within easy reach and provide a choice of sandy beaches, water sports and relaxation and an 18 hole golf course overlooking the sea. Faliraki with its busy nightlife, shops and bars provides a lively alternative and is 6 km away. A car is highly recommended and will enable you to explore and enjoy this beautiful and friendly island. Taxis and buses are also available from Kalythies. Rhodes town has a mixture of old and new and is 20 minutes drive away, with its shops and traditional markets set within the 12th Century walls of the stunning Old Town not to mention the Mandraki Harbour with its bustling cafes and variety of boats. Lindos with its famous Acropolis is only 30 minutes drive away and is the jewel in the crown of this most beautiful island.
