The property is owned by Stathis Krokidis who is always available to help guests with their maintenance needs. The villa is 2km from Agios Georgios beach which is a beautiful sandy beach in the north-west part of Corfu island. It is also approximately 30km from Corfu town. On the beach there are shops, tavernas and fish restaurants. 800m from the house there is Pagi village, a small traditional Corfiot village. The villa is surrounded by scenic olive tree countryside and set in its own garden. It is considered an ideal choice for families seeking total relaxation and easy access to local amenities. A fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor with the living and dining area and a cosy stone-made WC. 4 bedrooms a large bathroom and a smaller shower room are situated on the first floor which is accessed via wooden staircase. In the front of the house there is a large swimming pool for adults with a beautiful countryside view and a swallow small children’s pool.

Optional extra price 150 euros per week for bedroom air-conditioning and 300 euros per week for bedroom and living room air conditioning. Changeover day Monday. 10% discount to our returning clients.

Booking notes
A deposit of 10% of the price of the holiday is required to book after email confirmation. Full payment must be made no later than 10 weeks before departure date. If payment dates not met, we reserve the right to relist the dates and no deposits are refundable. Changeover day is Monday (usually around 10.00am).
