| Bedrooms: | The villa sleeps 4 people with the added comfort of air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, while the other is a twin room with separate bathroom. |
| Bathrooms: | The main bathroom has a corner bath with shower attachment and a window overlooking the pool. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is attractive and well equipped providing just the right surroundings to encourage you to do some holiday cooking. Equipment includes a large fridge/freezer, full oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. |
| Living Rooms: | The comfortable lounge, decorated in restful, neutral colours, is to the left of the hallway and leads, through French windows, to the main covered terrace. There is also a TV/DVD player and a portable CD/radio. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Price includes: maid service 3 times per week. Linen change once per week. A welcome pack of basic essentials, is left waiting for your arrival. |

The fabulous pool is beautifully designed, with an 'infinity' edge that allows for completely unobstructed views out over the sea to the town of Corfu and beyond. On clear days the islands of Paxos and Anti-Paxos are visible. The sun terrace wraps around the house with more than the usual amount of space for 4 people to relax all together or separately if wished. Whether your preference is for sun or shade, there is a corner that is perfect for you.

Corfu airport is a 35 mins drive.
