Villa Dias is located on the edge of the pretty village of Kaligata in the exclusive Livathos Region. It benefits from a large elevated garden site complete with shady olive and fruit trees and enjoys breathtaking views down to the Ionian Sea. Villa Dias has its own private infinity swimming pool (9m xx 5m) and is finished and furnished to the highest standard. It comprises two twin bedrooms and one double, all with luxury ensuite wetroom style bathrooms, and a large open plan living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen. Covered terraces provide shaded areas from which to enjoy the beautifullylandscaped gardens and stunning view. We have designed Villa Dias to ensure that this beautiful uninterrupted view can be enjoyed from all bedrooms and the main living areas. WI-FI internet access available. Getting to Kefalonia: We can advise guests of which airlines fly to Kefalonia, and suggest websites to try.

Bedrooms: Double sofa bed available in the living area to accommodate eight person occupancy. Travel Cot, with linen, available on request. One twin bedded room is situated on the ground floor for those guests who find it difficult to negotiate the stairs. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and all face south west with fabulous sea views. The first floor bedrooms have a balcony.

Location Information: Villa Dias is situated on the edge of Kaligata in the exclusive Livathos region in the South of Kefalonia. It enjoys fabulous uninterrupted views across olive groves and cypress trees down to the Ionian sea. Kaligata is a small traditional village, attractively maintained with many beautiful gardens full of Bougainvillea and Jasmine. The nearest beach, Avithos-one of the island's finest and popular with Greek locals is only 1.5km away. It is a beautiful sandy bay with a taverna and restaurant and is very safe for children. The island's capital, Argostoli is a 10min drive away. It is a bustling cosmopolitan town with a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Here you will find an excellent range of restaurants, from simple harbourside tavernas to more sophisticated venues and a range of boutiques and designer shops.
