The Villa's driveway 80m from coastal route road leads to the property which has a ramp up to front door with two wide steps. Wide front door, it is 2 mins to the Beach with its own family run taverna and 10 mins into Kassiopi Village on foot , the villa has large space balconies and downstairs bedroom and a separate downstairs basin/WC room open plan kitchen-diner-lounge, stone built BBQ and lots of places for sunning, dinning or just chilling, Perfect Location.

Well kept gardens patios on two levels all with table and chairs on the sun top deck. 6 sun lounges and 2 in garden, a large stone built BBQ , home grown fruit and veg for customers use.

Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk to first beach and the family run Imerolia taverna Spiros by far the best fish restaurant in Kassiopi and views to die for. The beach is very clean and safe swimming and has shingle with small jetty. 5 mins to the Kassiopi main beaches.

Kommeno Bay - 18 holes.
Special interest holidays
Great for ramblers, painters, water sports, fishing and diving. Aqua land 10 mins by car and Corfu Town 40 mins.
Travel
40 mins drive from Corfu airport and ferry ports. Airport transfers can be arranged just email number in party and flight details for quotation. Or hire company recommended.

5 mins to Kassiopi square and all its historical beauty and harbour, also restaurants and bars perfect Greek fishing Village also a working Harbour. Also one of the best bar/Taverna,s in Kassiopi Classico for great local and international drinks , Internet, games for the kids, sports and just a Great authentic Greek night out a must when in Kassiopi, also Spiro, he speaks English better than me, enjoy!

We as holiday makers always had at least 1 holiday here in Kassiopi Corfu every year for at least 20 year so when we had the chance we took it.

For many years we booked a place next to here and when we seen this about to be built we have struggled but we find it worth it its a chance of a lifetime.
