Linen and towels provided. Changed twice weekly this includes maid service. More or less often if requested. |

This property is in a very safe and its private location would suit couples and families alike. A welcome pack including water, milk, bread, tea and coffee. Very competitive rates for the villa and its location. Sky TV English Channels 1,2,3. Air Con at a small premium.

Accessibility
A newly made concrete road 200m from coastal route road leads to the property which has a ramp up to front door with two wide steps and wide front door has large space balconies and downstairs bedroom and a separate downstairs basin/WC room open plan kitchen-diner-lounge.
Outside
Well kept gardens patios on two levels all with table and chairs on the sun top deck. 6 sun lounges, BBQ Area, home grown Veg for customers use.
Coast/Beach
2 minutes walk to first beach and the Imerolia taverna. The beach is very clean and safe and has shingle with small jetty. 5 mins to the Kassiopi main beaches.
Golf
Kommeno Bay - 18 holes.
Special interest holidays
Great for ramblers, painters, water sports, fishing and diving. Aqua land 10 mins by car and Corfu Town 40 mins.
Travel
40 mins drive from Corfu airport and ferry ports. Airport tranfers can be arranged just email number in party and flight details for quotation.
Distances
5 mins to Kassiopi square and all its historical beauty and harbour, also restaurants and bars.

All within a 10 min radius are: restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Internet access, supermarkets, bakery, cash points, chemists and doctors, police station, gift shops and travel tours, boat and car/motor bike hire, diving centre - all in Kassiopi.
Booking notes
A deposit of 10% of the price of the holiday is required to book after e-mail confirmation. Full payment must be made no later than 10 weeks before departure date. If payment dates not met, we reserve the right to re list the dates and no deposits are refundable.
