It is highly accessible from Athens airport all year round and is only 800m from the nearest beach.

The villa features inverter-type air conditioners and heating, enabling the villa to be used all year round.
Outside
The villa is set in three acres, and features large patios and verandas as well as an olive grove. The private pool is 12x6m in size and has hydro massage jets in one corner. A Weber barbecue is provided.
Coast/Beach
800m to the nearest (pebbly and secluded) beach and a 15min drive to the superb beach of Dafni.
Travel
Athens Airport is 90min away. Car hire is essential.

Further details
Evia, with a length of 175km, is the second largest Greek island, after Crete, but is relatively unspoilt by tourism. It has beautiful scenery and offers everything from secluded beaches to virtually unknown gorges, extensive pine forests to trekkable mountain ranges. Evia also has a rich heritage, including Archaic, Venetian and Ottoman periods. The gulf of Evia is generally acknowledged by Greeks to offer some of the best sea food and fish in all of Greece.

All reservations must be guaranteed with an initial payment of 30% of the rent upon confirmation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
