On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (18 m2 each room) including double bed.

The second floor has 3 studios (28 m2 each room) with a stone built double bed, kitchen (refrigerator incl. freezer, oven), living room, dining table.

On the third floor are 2 luxury suites of 40 m2 with a stone built double bed, living room, dining table, fire place, kitchen (refrigerator incl. freezer, oven).
All rooms have their own bathroom and sea view terrace.

All accommodations have air-conditioning, TV, baby cot, sheets and towels included.

Parking places at the building, outdoor furniture, parasols.

Coast/Beach
The stone beach is in a 5m distance on the opposite side of the road. You can find sandy beaches in a distance of 1 km.

Special interest holidays
The owner Dimitris offers special historic coast trips by boat, as well as cave trips including swimming and exploring the caves. Fishing experiences, diving classes for beginners and advanced divers. There exist horse riding possibilities, hiking on the old paths of Mani.
A special exploring trip of the Mani natur including collecting olives, always in November.

Travel
The nearest airport is in Kalamata 85 km away.
The international airport is 334 km away.
Car hire is recommended.

Distances
The next village is called Areopolis and is 8 km away. There are several ancient villages with towers and the famous cave of Diros which you can visit. Additionally there are places of interest like Monemvasia, Sparti, Gythion and Mistras.

At Areopolis you can find a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurants and local shops.
