Prices are per week (for 1 to 4 persons) in UK Pounds. Deposit and balance are non refundable. Please contact us for rates from 5 to 7 persons or see chart in 'more photos'

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days max. Deposits are non-refunded and balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. In order to prepare the villa please kindly vacate the villa by 10:00am on the day of your departure. Direct flights from UK from major airports on Sunday. Daily Flights via Athens Olympic Airlines/Aegean Airways. Flights via Zakynthos (Zante) and car ferry to Pessada/Kefalonia daily Ferry to and from Italy daily

The current preferable changeover day is Sunday, however subject to availability alternative days will be considered. Our hospitality begins with a a Complimentary Hamper which contains: 2 bottles of wine, 6 cans of beer, 2 large bottles of coca-cola, 4 cans of soft drinks, 6 bottles of natural mineral water, 2 bottles of sparkling mineral water, seasonal fruits, honey, eggs, 2 litres of fruit juice, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, fresh bread, butter, 2 jars of jam, biscuits and virgin olive oil. If, however, you wish to order other things to be there upon your arrival, please let us know in due advance. Their cost will be added to your total payment. The English speaking host who will welcome you at the villa on the day of your arrival, will be available by phone during all your stay for any information and help.

Notes on accommodation

The villa has spacious ground areas, sun terraces and generous pool and BBQ areas. It is situated amidst old olive and cypress trees, holm oaks and other flora. The villa grounds are surrounded by hiking woods full of cypress and holm oaks trees and olive groves. It has it own large private swimming pool and sun terraces both sunny and shaded with patio furniture. The villa has outside fully equipped kitchen with BBQ, fridge etc. a shaded dining area which seats at least 8 and sofa lounge. Beach, Bathroom and kitchen towels plus all linen provided. Maid service with linen change twice/weekly. Pool service thrice/weekly. Ground maintenance weekly. To adequately prepare the villa please kindly vacate the premises by 10:00 on day of departure. The villa is not adapted for people in wheelchairs though most living areas and outside grounds are level surfaces. The villa provides parking area with pergola for 2 cars and ample parking space for other cars. Easy car access to main entrance
