Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and include: Air conditioning, welcome hamper, internet use, maid service twice a week, use of hot tub and bicycles, cot and highchair. Book for 2009 at 2008 prices this offer applies until December 2008.
Changeover day
The flights from the UK are on a Tuesday into Chania airport. Therefore the changeover day is Tuesday. But if bookings allow this can be negotiated. You will be met at the airport and escorted to the villa.

Outside table-tennis table. A Jacuzzi hot tub is located in the gardens overlooking the pool area. There are 4 bicycles for the use of guests during their stay.

Outside
In the grounds next to the pool is a beautifully constructed barbecue and traditional cretan wood burning oven. The swimming pool is 12m in length and has massage jets. Outdoor furniture is located around the pool. The most beautiful area of this villa is its courtyard with its mature trees and shrubs offering a mesmerising atmosphere. Here you will find a wooden garden swing sofa, and an originally designed dinner table constructed from the trunk of an olive tree.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is ten minutes driving time away from the villa.
Golf
The 18 hole (71 par) golf course is 2 hours drive away. If you require us to organise a golf trip please state when booking.
Special interest holidays
Sailing trips and lessons with fully qualified skippers can be arranged.
Deep sea diving lessons with fully qualified instructors are avialable
Yoga lessons with an english speaking teacher are available.
Travel
Chania airport is 35 kms away and the port of Souda 30 km. Car hire at this villa is essential.
Distances
There are many small charming villages close to the Garden of Eden. The nearest largest villages are about ten minutes driving time. The main town of Chania is about 20kms away, about 25 minutes driving time.
Further details
There are two villages ten minutes driving time away which has shops, banks, post office and chemist. 6km from the villa is a horse riding centre. The location of this villa is ideal for those who enjoy walking and cycling.
Booking notes
A deposit of 50% is requested on confirmation. The balance is paid in cash in local currency on the second day after arrival. The deposit is refunded only if a cancellation is made one month prior to arrival date.
