| Bedrooms: | Furnished in a traditional style, queen size iron bed and light pastel colors. Air conditioning, large closet, TV. Big sliding door leads you to the balcony. Great for enjoying the morning views and having breakfast. Bedroom 2. |
| Bathrooms: | Both bedrooms have elegant marble en-suite jet shower rooms to help you relax. There is also a WC on the ground floor. |
| Kitchen: | A fully equipped open plan kitchen with granite surfaces and Inox appliances such as microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, full sized oven, four ring hob, kettle, toaster and a lot of storage room. |
| Living Rooms: | Two beige leather sofas are set in the living room in such a position where you can enjoy the stunning views even if you are indoors through the two big sliding doors which lead you to the pool area. Air conditioning is available and free of charge. |
| Other: | WC on the ground floor. Washing machine, iron board and cleaning stuff are also found. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Cleaning/maid service 3 times per week. Linen and towels twice per week. Any other arrangements can be settled with additional fee. |

Villa Thalassa’s infinity swimming pool is 8x4m from glass mosaic. It is private and either sunbeds or outside shower are only for your exclusive use. Depths: shallow 0.90m deep 1.65m.
Outside African wood dining table and chairs for 6 with umbrella. Outside shower from small pebbles. Built barbeque is available for you to cook fresh local fish or meat. Large terrace with sea views.
Coast/Beach
Fikia beach is a small secluded pebbled beach just below. 2 minutes walking distance through olive groves accessed via small path. Almost private. All beaches in Paxos can be reached by car in a 10 to 15 minutes drive in
distances less than 10km.

About the owner
My name is George Milogiannidis. My father Costas and i built in 2008 with the utmost care this totally private Paxos villa respecting its natural surroundings and Paxos island scenery.
As we are both owners and builders, the vision of our Paxos villa final result was already in our mind. Cost didn’t limited our imagination and creativity.
Our ambition to provide you a Paxos villa with total privacy in a peaceful seclusion and a beautiful beach almost under your feet, came true. Now the only thing left for us to build is a friendly relationship with our satisfied customers and we’ll achieve to make this also true.

Big sliding doors and windows allows the sunlight enter the villa and enjoy the stunning views even if you are indoors. Outside of the villa there is the pool area where you can enjoy swimming, sun tanning, reading a book, have a romantic dinner or barbecue.
Paxos villa Thalassa is located on a hillside less than a 60 meters from Paxos Fikia beach and natural surrounded by olive, cypress and pine trees.
