Gardens - For all villas. The living room leads out to the veranda,
swimming pool and gardens most with swing and slide for the children, plants and flowers. Each fresh water pool is designed to blend in with the local environment. Approx size 50 sqm. Clear markings for no diving and safety instructions. In the sun terraces around the pool there are deckchairs and umbrellas. Sun terraces are partly paved with the local stone and landscaping of the gardens around the pool will be according to the land formation of each house. Villa has a large covered BBQ and covered outdoor dining area.
Coast/Beach
On the south west side of the island offering some spectacular views. The villa is situated in extensive grounds (10000sq.m) in the village of Sarlata. The beaches of St Helis and Avithos are some 3kms away and the capital of the island Argostoli and the airport is a short drive away. The famous beaches of Makris Yalos and Paltis Yalos are also with in easy reach.
Travel
On the island of Kefalonia reached by air from Athens by way of a short domestic flight. Connected by charter flights during the summer months with from all major European countries.
Distances
The capital of the island Argostoli and the airport is some 20 min drive away.
