Located in a quiet residential area within 500m of markets and tavernas and only 1500m from the gently shelving sands of Arillas beach and its Blue Flag. warm, protected waters and convenient for several more of the best beaches on the Island. Arillas is a peaceful family resort with a good choice of places to eat and drink rather than somewhere to party the night away. Baby sitting is available!

Changeover day
Monday is the usual day.

| Living Rooms: | Downstairs the TV area has a Flatscreen TV with Sky, Home Theatre, A PC with wifi Broadband, telephone, sofas arranged around open fireplace. Upstairs a large lounge has sofas arranged across a table, a well stocked games cupboard and mini fridge. |
| Other: | The dining verandah seats 8 with gas barbecue. Overlooks an enclosed patio area with safe shallow paddling pool. The main Pool area is completely walled for privacy. Upstairs the sundeck has a large table with great views of mountains, sea and sunsets. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All towels are included (as well as pool towels), but not beach towels. All bedlinen is included other that cot linen. The property is cleaned twice a week, and towels changed twice per week and linen changed once. The pool is cleaned 3 times per week. |

Notes on accommodation
Helios Court Villa is fully family friendly with stair gates, cot and high chair available.
The downstairs accommodation overlooks a child friendly patio with paddling pool which is 45 cm deep. This area is gated from the main pool area.
The Pool may be heated for an additional charge. Main pool depth is 60cm to 1.5m, unsuitable for Diving, great for Volleyball!
There are 6 comfortable sun loungers and 2 x 3m wide parasols for ample shade. Outdoor Sofas and Armchairs are arranged around a drinks table and sit under a linen roof Pergola. An ideal spot to read out of the sun whilst still with the children.
There is full central heating for early and late season visitors
The villa is newly built and has Smoke and Carbon Monoxide detectors fitted.
Accessibility
The main accommodation is all on one level and is accessible by ramps that can be booked in advance. The ensuite shower room has a lipless cubicle that is suitable for for wheelchair access. No shower chair is currently provided but provision can be made by arrangement.
Outside
The main outside area is walled for complete privacy and the security of wandering children. The private 8m x 5m pool and can be heated for a further charge on request. There is parking on the plot for at least 2 cars. A gas BBQ and the gas to run it is included. Sunbeds, parasols, chairs and table are provided by the pool. The main dining verandah seats 8. The sunset terrace upstairs seats 6.
Coast/Beach
You can walk to the beautiful beach at Arillas in under 15 minutes (1500m - under a mile away). It is a pleasant adventure and not to challenging to walk over the headland to the more built up resort of San Stephanos. More serious walkers can venture an hours walk to the sweeping curve of San George beach, maybe choosing to get the water taxi back. All beaches are blue flag and have excellent facilities. All are gently shelving, sandy and very safe for children.
Golf
Within 30 minutes to Corfu Golf Club.
Travel
The Airport at Corfu town is 40 minutes drive away. We are able to book you a taxi for Euros 55, A Minibus is Euros 85 that will be waiting for you nomatter the time of your arrival. We also can arrange car hire from regular contacts, again meeting you at the airport. Let us know what you require! You do not need car hire to get around Arillas you might like one to explore the rest of the beautiful Island of Corfu.

Further details
There are a couple of bars (one runs a disco) and numerous tavernas on the beachfront. The food is excellent and good value. Mon Amour Restaurant offers a free pick up and collection service when you book a table. Many places offer exchange services. There are a couple of tourist offices with whom you may book excursions by road or boat all over the Island, to Paxos and Albania.
