Private, 2 storey villa built on an incline in its own fenced in, partly landscaped, property lying almost on the waters edge, just above the rocky shore, comprising of: ground floor (pool level): open plan fitted kitchen, dining area and living room with double sofa bed exiting to the swimming pool. Double bedroom with its own exterior door share a WC and shower which interconnects with living room. Interior staircase to the first floor: split level floor comprising: on the lower level a large hall way used as a sitting room with a fireplace, double sofa bed which exits to a spacious veranda with pergola (sea and pool view): small single bedroom. On the higher level: double bedroom and single bedroom sharing a WC / shower. The exterior comprises of a garden with a large oval shaped fresh water swimming pool (ca. 40sqm) and a sun terrace with thatch umbrellas.

‘Hello Athena, Just getting back to work after a truly wonderful visit to Greece. We all wanted to say thank you to you and to Alekos for your hospitality. The house was beyond our expectations and most accommodating. We were happy to have the extra day because none of us was ready to leave! We did get to Hydra and to Spetses and enjoyed some time in Erimoni as well. The weather was fabulous (until the storm hit just after we left), but most of all, we were so very comfortable in your house. We had everything we needed for a very enjoyable vacation. If you ever need a recommendation from us, we'd be most happy to provide one, and we certainly hope to return one day. I've been meaning to send this off some time ago but trying to catch up with ‘real life’ after vacation can be challenging!
