| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 (1st floor) with double bed and en-suite. Bedroom 2 (1st floor) with twin beds and en-suite. French doors lead out from both of the bedrooms onto a balcony where you can enjoy the views down to the beach and the sea. Also we offer a cot. |
| Bathrooms: | Ground floor offers 1 walk-in shower bathroom. Top floor offers 2 en-suite full walk in shower bathrooms. |

| Living Rooms: | On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living area with dining for four, and a lounge with comfy sofas and satellite LCD TV / DVD and WII. Large glass patio doors lead out from the living area onto the terrace, BBQ area and private pool. |

Bath/ pool towels, linen are provided. Daily maid service for light cleaning. Linen/ towel change twice per week. Pool cleaning/ garden maintenance once a week. |

Notes on accommodation
The villa is ideal for 2- 5 people on weekly basis. Children/babies are welcome (we offer a cot too). Also long terms rentals are available (up to 2-3 months).
Outside
The beautiful fully landscaped garden offers a private freshwater 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps with sunbeds and umbrellas. The exterior dinning area under the pergola, and the built barbecue are perfect for outdoor dining on a summer's evening.
Coast/Beach
Without a doubt the highlight of this resort is the beach which was recently awarded the coveted Blue Flag. With the sand gently shelving into the crystal clear turquoise waters of the Ionian sea, sunbeds and umbrellas for hire, and beach bars serving snacks and drinks throughout the day it’s the perfect place to relax. For those of you wanting a little bit more excitement why not try one of the range of watersports offered by the watersports centre on the beach.

30m from the Blue Flag beach,100m from the nearest taverna and supermarket, less than 5-minutes walk from the rest of the tavernas, cafe-bars and shops of Skala. 5-minutes drive from Katelios, 40-minutes drive from the capital Argostoli and 45-minutes drive from the Airport.
Further details
Skala itself is just a gentle stroll away where you will find a wide choice of restaurants suiting every taste together with a number of gift shops and minimarkets. Nightlife in Skala is fairly low key but there are a number of cafe bars that cater for those wanting something a bit more lively.
