Anelina is a two floor house built in year 2001 in the village of Havdata, 5km from Lixouri town in Kefalonia island. Downstairs there`s a kitchen, a dining place, a living room with a couch and a single bed and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including a cooker, a big fridge/freezer and a wooden table that sits up to 8 people. Upstairs there's a spacious living room, 2 double-bedrooms and a big bathroom with a bathtub. The villa also offers a balcony overlooking the sea and two big verandas: one downstairs and one upstairs. The house is traditionally furnished and thus beautifully decorated. The stone construction keeps the summer heat outside and helps you feel fresh and comfortable. At the back and right side of the house is the garden and on the left side the BBQ area, the parking place and a large terrace. The view from the house is really fantastic and panoramic. Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
A 30% deposit is required to secure booking.
The balance is paid up on the arrival and after checking the villa.
You can pay either with paypal (fee-free) or bank transfer (details will be provided by e mail).
Extra persons (5th or 6th) are charged £70 per week per extra person. No extra costs or taxes!
Minimum rental period: 2 weeks (May, June and October: one week).

| Living Rooms: | Downstairs:sitting/diningroom with the fire place. The wooden dining table seats 8 and the two single sofa beds. TV and Stereo Hi-Fi. Upstairs livingroom with 3 place couch (sleeps 2). A satellite TV-DVD set. Door to the balcony with seaviews! |

Towels and linen are included and changed every week. The property is cleaned every week (up on request more often). |

Outside
The house is surrounded by gardens and three verandas fully equipped with sunbeds, sun umbrella and relaxing armchairs. The shade under the walnut tree is unique! Big barbecue and clay oven are at your disposal.
Coast/Beach
The house is located in the middle of many nice and different kinds of beaches. The nearest beach (Lagadakia) is only 7 minutes drive (4 Km). The Vatsa beach (6 Km), the Xi beach (7 Km) and the Petani beach (9 Km) are among the most beautiful beaches of the island (sandy with crystal clean waters, ideal for kids!).
Travel
The nearest airport is the Kefalonia International Airport, 17 Km. There are a lot of charter flights from the UK to Cephalonia.
Car hire is recommended and available.
Distances
The house is located in the village of Chavdata, 5 Km from the Lixouri town with its fishing port. The small ferry brings you every 1/2 hour to Argostoli (15 mins), the capital city of the Island.
Just outside Argostoli there is a Go-cart place, and in town there is a square where children can drive mini cars and motorbikes. There is also an outdoor cinema just off the main square. In Ag Efimia there is a diving school. The town of Lixouri is 5 Km far and has beautiful sea side shops and bars.

Booking deposit of 30% of total cost is required to secure booking. Balance is paid after your arrival. No extra costs.
