Four villas within a small complex of 8 traditional beachfront stone houses with direct access to our private beach and spacious gardens, all with amazing sea views (Please check also the rest 4 villas, we advertise in ownersdirect with the code GR165. The houses can accommodate from 2-6 persons each. All villas are superbly furnished and tastefully decorated in keeping with the traditional style. Spacious living rooms. Very large comfortable bedrooms, air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchens with cooker, big fridge/freezer, wooden table that seats 4-6 and full range of utensils. Spacious bathrooms (the two storey houses have two bathrooms, one up stairs and one downstairs). Balconies and large verandas, fully equipped, all offering panoramic sea views! The attention to detail is fantastic with many extras. The villas include: telephone, TV, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, safe, iron, filter coffee maker, daily maid services, 24 hour hot water and linen changed twice a week.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euro and for up to 2 persons for Amphitrite and Pasithea villas and up to 4 persons for Melite and Terpsichore villas. Extra persons are charged Euro 50 per week. Minimum rental period: one week in general, 2 weeks in August. Please check also the other four villas we advertise in ownersdirect with the code GR166.
Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. However, Sundays are most preferred!

Notes on accommodation
Air-conditioning is provided free of charge. All villas are very safe and suitable for children. Tasos and Pavlina are not smokers. However, we understand the freedom of smokers. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests to refrain smoking inside the villa and enjoy smoking in their verandas.
Accessibility
The place is not 100% suitable for people who have severe mobility problems. However, all villas are easily accessible in the ground floor area (bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen). Please e-mail us or phone us if in special needs and we will explain in more detail about the suitability of your case.
Outside
Large and relaxing gardens. Direct access to our private beach with free of charge sunbeds for both the garden and our beach. Astonishing sea views from our patio. Barbecue and outside furniture available. A small residence snack bar with soft music only open to our guests!
Coast/Beach
We are on the beach! We have direct access to our sandy and crystal clear waters, ideal for families and children (very clean and safe!).
We also provide free of charge sunbeds for both our gardens and our beach.
Special interest holidays
Flying lessons and sightseeing available with our Cessna 172 light aircraft. Greek cookery courses available. Horse riding. Water sports, etc.
Travel
The area of Aboula-Psarou is situated between the resorts of Amoudi and Tsilivi on the North East coast of the island of Zakynthos just 12 km off Zante town.
You will not find a more idyllic spot anywhere on the island. A quiet and peaceful haven located with magnificent views over the Ionian Sea, where on a clear day you can see out to the island of Kefalonia.
The pretty cove with its private sandy beach with crystal clear sea is an ideal place to relax soaking up the sun.
Distances
The nearby village is only a few minutes walk. The Tsilivi and Alykes/Alykanas towns are only a few minutes drive (3-5 Km).
There are a number of beaches near to visit by walking or short drive.
Water park in 5 Km, water sport in 3 Km.

Within walking distance there are 5 taverns, 4 grocery stores, 2 bakeries and 5 bars.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit of your total cost is required to secure booking. The balance is paid after your arrival. Paypal payments are welcomed by simply using our e mail address.
We organise your transfer from/to Airport at the total price of euro 22 each way for all of your party.
