Brand new semi-detached house on a beautiful holiday park in Panormo 20 minutes from Rethimon, 50 minutes from the Heraklion airport. One bedroom with two singe beds. Living room with a good sofa bed for two adults. An open kitchen, modern bathroom own terrace with pergola and sea view. Three common pools and a special pool for small children (16” deep). Kitchen fully equipped with oven, ceramic hop, water cooker, coffee machine for filter coffee. Wifi internet connection. Flat screen TV with satellite receiver (BBC). Sea view from the kitchen and terrace. Sea 300 feet, 3 nice beaches and town on approximately 1000 yards. Pool open all day (April until November) in the pool area you will find sunbeds for common use and outside showers.

Changeover day
There is now specific changeover day. Arrival from 16.00 and departure before 10.00. You can use the pool and public bathroom during the day of arrival or departure.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | The bedroom has two single beds, they can be placed next to each other. It has a large wardrobe with hangers and drawers. The single beds are made before arrival and the bed linen is changed once a week. the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. |
| Bathrooms: | The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, wc, and a sink. A hair dryer is available. The hot water is provided by a private boiler which operates 24h. |
| Kitchen: | The open kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hop, water cooker, coffee machine for filter coffee, dishwasher and a dining table for four. Glasses, plates , pots and pans are available for up to 6 coverts. the kitchen has sea view from the wind |
| Utility Room: | In the hall cupboard you will find a washing machine including detergents, cleaning materials and the boiler. |
| Living Rooms: | In the living room there is a sofa which can be converted to a double bed. It has a good foam mattress. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and kitchen linen for use inside the house are provided (2) and changed once a week. linen is provided and changed once a week. The house will be cleaned once a week. Towels, linen and cleaning are included in the price. |

Notes on accommodation
Villa Aphrodite is located one a holiday park with different, mostly English speaking, owners. Shops will become available on the park but for now the closest minimarket is about 200 yards. You can find a number of restaurants in the village (1000 yards).
Accessibility
Villa Aphrodite has only one floor. However there a few steps leading to the front door and (two) steps to the shared pool.
Outside
On the terrace you will find a table and four comfortable chairs. The pergola will provide the necessary shade but you can also sit in the sun. In the garden around the terrace there are flowerbeds. The terrace is surrounded by a low wall and there are steps and a garden gate between the terrace and the pool located is next to the terrace.
Coast/Beach
Next to the park you will find a small cliff with a staircase to the sea. The three sandy beaches of Panormo are located on walking distance from the house, about 1000 yards.
Golf
You will find the Crete golf club in Hersonisos about 40 miles from Panormo. it si a 18 holes gold course.
Special interest holidays
In the area you will find two diving schools with daily excursions to many different sites. Around Panarmo there are a number of planned hikes. There are also hikes through gorges like the Santa Maria Gorge.
Travel
The nearest airport in Heraklion (50 minutes drive) an alternative airport in found in Chania (1 hour and 15 minutes) On both airports you can rent a car (autoway.gr) which is recommended. There are comfortable buses from the port in Heraklion. The bus stop is about 1,5 mile from the house.
Distances
The centre of Panormo, with bars, restaurants and shops, is about 1000 Yards away. Rethimon is about 20 minutes by car or bus.

You will be welcomed by our English key holder. She lives in the village and can be contacted if problems arise.
Booking notes
There is a down payment of 10%. The rest of the amount to be paid 4 weeks in advance. A deposit of € 100,-- to be paid on arrival and returned on departure or within one week of departure.

Hi, I am Frederik de Zeeuw, I live in the Netherlands, Amstelveen with my wife and three sons. I had a dream of retiring in my own house in sunny country so I had a house build on Crete. For now I am one of the owners of a successful consultancy company, Premium Business Consultants. We have been visiting Greece since our early twenties and I still feel very much at home in Greece. Why the owner chose a home in this location
When we first came to Panormo about 25 years ago we had a great holiday. It is a small coastal town with a harbor and three lovely beaches. Simple but good taverna’s and nice people. Over the years every time we came to Crete we went to Panormo for a day or so. In 2010 we saw this nice new development from Interland “Sea front homes II”. A Mediterranean type of park on Crete. Very unlike other developments. We immediately were attracted to its nice atmosphere and bought one of the properties.
Unique benefits of the property
Staying in this great place you can just relax, have your children play in a reasonably safe environment. You can eat in an excellent restaurant, Porto Paresi, overlooking the harbor and one of the beaches. You can walk to town and the beaches. When you arrive you can just unpack. The house is clean, the beds are made and the pool is waiting. You can even have the fridge filled with foods and drinks for your convenience. Just send us an e-mail.
