Set in well established gardens of fruit trees and bouganvillea. These villas are available to rent together or individually (in which case they share use of the pretty swimming pool). Just 5 minutes away by car from Fiskardo in Kefalonia.

Changeover day
Preferred day is Tuesday due to the flight options to the island, Easyjet, Thomson & Thomas Cook fly on this day. However, we try to be as flexible as possible.
Accessibility
Ideal for families. Not suitable for persons with a mobility problem due to a number of steps.
Outside
Each patio and terracee has tables and chairs. Each property has a bbq. Pool is surrounded by cushioned seating, sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool is shared between, Lime and Fig.
Coast/Beach
Dafnoudi is the closest beach and is accessed along an ancient path from the house. The other beaches of Emblisi, Kamelia and Foki can easily be reached by a short car journey.
Travel
Nearest airport is Kefalonia (EFL) situated in the south of the island near the capital, Argostoli. Approx 56 km drive away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
Nearest village with tavernas and mini-market is Antipata an 8 minute walk away. The chic harbour of iscardo is about a five minute drive and has a choice of bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
Further details
There are ATMs in Fiscardo but the nearest bank is either at Sami or Argostoli. The pharmacy is about 10km from the villas in the town of Vasilikades.
Boat hire, scuba diving and sailing can all be arranged in Fiscardo. Massage and spa treatments are available by prior arrangement at your villa or in Fiscardo.
Booking notes
A 30% non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking. The balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to start of holiday. The full fee will be taken if booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure. A £300.00 refundable deposit is also required. Prices are based on 4 people in Lime House and 2 in Fig Cottage. Supplements apply for more than these numbers of people in each cottage. Lime House: up to two extra people £275 per week. Fig Cottage: up to two extra people £150 per week.
