Small step up into rooms 1 & 2. Downstairs bathroom. Bedroom upstairs but double bed settee downstairs. 2 steps up, into no. 3 large masonette. 1 bedroom (double and twin beds) and shower bathroom as well as living area, on ground floor.

360 degree mountain and garden views. Large, lavender scented, enclosed outdoor area, surrounded by Cyprus trees with sun, shade and secure parking. Shared patio area for al fresco summer dining.
Coast/Beach
25 minutes drive to various quiet, clean and safe beaches situated along the north Peloponesse, Corinth Gulf area.
European Blue Flag award for clean beach and sea crystal clear due to the mountain springs. Good snorkling.
Fish tavernas, snacks and bars. No rows of expensive sunbeds and umbrellas, no noisy watersports. This is where Greeks come to relax. Diakofto-Punta-Corali-Platanos.
Skiing
Ski with a sea view in Greece! 20 minutes drive to ski resort from 4 Seasons.
Kalavrita ski resort is situated on the North West side of Mount Helmos at an altitude of 1,700 meters (base) to 2,340 meters (summit). It has been operating since 1988 and consist of 7 lifts, 12 ski runs, spacious free parking, cafeteria, restaurant, ski rental shop, ski school and First Aid Station.
It is located 14 kilometers from Kalavrita and only 203 Kilometers from Athens. The ski centre is open daily, weather conditions permitting, throughout the ski season (December to April) from 9am -4pm.
