Prices are for the property in Euros. Minimum stay is 2 nights for the Low, 3 nights for the Mid and 5 nights for the High season. Please ask for prices for stays of over 14 nights. Low Season 2012: 5/4 -12/4, 17/4 – 1/6, 5/6 - 15/6, 9/9 – 21/9. Mid Season 2012: 16/6 - 19/7, 1/9 – 6/9. Notes on accommodation
Children are kindly welcomed as the estate is a paradise for children to run and play all day! The estate is pet friendly, provided that we are given prior notice and that the pet's owner brings all the vet certificates with him. Moreover, at the Xenon Estate you can find the following: 1,5 sqkm specially designed gardens with kiosks and pergolas and amazing panoramic views of the island and the gulf. 1.5 sqkm manicured lawn. DVD, CD and book library available at the reception. Outdoor specially designed Massage area.

Outside
The Xenon Estate is proud to operate the island΄s largest swimming pool (17x9m) and the most glorious, panoramic view. In addition it provides teak furniture that include dining tables and chairs, lounge furniture and, of course sunbeds and umbrellas. There is a large barbeque in our property, but unfortunately it is for the sole use of the owners. It can be settled, nevertheless that you enjoy a barbeque meal any time of the day.

Coast/Beach
Closest beach to the Estate is approximately 700 meters away. The Beach is call Agios Mammas and it is sandy with pebbles. You can easily reach it on foot, or you can hire a motorbike to make visits to all other magnificent beaches on the island! Alternatively we can arrange for a taxi to go round.

Special interest holidays
Excursions to nearby destinations either by boat or by road and visits to important archaeological sites and monuments.
Excursions to Ancient Epidaurus. Snorkeling and Scuba Diving, Water Skiing and Beach Volley, Trekking and Horse Riding all at a very close distance from the estate, as well as the municipality tennis courts!

Travel
The closest airport to Spetses is the Athens Eleftherios Venizelos Airport (ATH) in Spata, Attiki. From there, we can arrange for a taxi to take you straight to Costa, the closest point on the Peloponese mainland to the island of Spetses.
If you are driving yourself, upon leaving the airport, you take the “Attiki” highway, towards Elefsina. You then leave at the Epidavros exit, and follow the sign-posting for Spetses or Kranidi. You should reach Costa in about 2.5 - 3 hours.

Distances
One could easily hire a bicycle or a motorbike to make visits around the island and go to all magnificent beaches and ideal spots! Alternatively we can arrange for a taxi to go round.
Since the estate is withing the town of Spetses on its northern part, one could easily reach the town's museums of Bouboulina and Hatziyiannis-Mexis and the traditional and beautiful old port.

About the owner
My name is Alex Kaloumenides and I live in Athens with my wife Elina and our little baby girl Artemis - she's 4 months old now! We built Xenon Estate in Spetses back in 2006 simply because we both fell in love with the location at first and, then, with the island. It is really quite and beautiful with lots of pine tree forest and beautiful beaches with crystal clear waters and incredible underwater scenery. The village of Spetses is very small and cosy, very traditional and very elegant with influence from venice and florence architecture. Cars are not allowed on the island so one can imagine how simple and easy going life can be on a bicycle or a scooter. Every summer we all get anxious to move to Xenon Estate and meet our clients, enjoy life next to nature and dive into the blue.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
During 2005 we bought this beautiful land of 4.5 ectars on the top of a 150m pine tree greenfull hill on the northern part of Spetses village. We chose this spot 'cause it's one of the best we ever saw around greece! It's very quiet and calm, autonomous and relaxing, luxurious and private, away from the noise of the crowded small alleys of the traditional village but yet really close as you can be there within a 15 minutes walk! Due to location, the view is panoramic and astonishing! You can see Spetses village, the saronic gulf, the islands of Hydra-Dokos-Trikeri as well as the coast of Peloponnese and, behind you, lies the nationally protected pine tree forest! Birds singing, beautiful 1.5 hectares of flourishing gardens and 1.5 ectars of manicured lawn surround the 3 villas.
