The loft is located on the top floor of an old traditional Corfu house that has been recently fully renovated. It is only minutes away from all the major attractions (parks, museums, old castles) and minutes walk from the local beach. A 24/7 use of concierge will assist you with anything you might want, or plan on the island. At night you will be spoiled for choice with the number of restaurants and bars minutes away. Visit the breathtaking old castles a step away from your front door. Taste the Italian cuisine at traditional restaurants round the corner. Notes on accommodation
The loft has free unlimited wireless internet access.
Accessibility
the loft is located on the 4th floor and as you can appreciate a building dated back in the early 1800's has no lift. So being honest you have to go up 3 stair cases but once you enter the loft it will compensate you.
Coast/Beach
There is a great selection of beaches. The most beautiful ones are located 10-15 minutes away by car and the ones located the furthest are no more than 35-40 minutes drive. There always the option of using the local beach just minutes walk from the loft.
Special interest holidays
Sailing and painting holidays can also be arranged since Corfu island has many natural beauties that can be explored. The lofts Concierge can arrange it for you.
Travel
The airport is located 3km and the port is less than 2km from the loft. Use of car (or a scooter) is recommended only if you plan to visit the rest of the island. Corfu town will although keep you very busy.

Hi Yannis. We are now back in the UK having spent a great week in Corfu. I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay in your apartment - it was great! Those first couple of nights in your little flat were fantastic. What a great location! We were just a few steps away from the hubbub of central Corfu Town. Perfect! Everything we needed was there (including the A/C !). A perfect little base for Corfu Town. Excellent. Nikos was brilliant – met us with a friendly smile (even though it was late at night!) and took us to the apartment and even carried a case up all those stairs! Should we ever come to Corfu again, I’d be happy to stay in your flat and will be recommending it whenever I get the chance! There is no facility to leave a reference on the Owners Direct website, but I’d be happy to if there are other places, or answer questions from future people. Thank you again. Jenny

I am a young owner that grew up in Corfu.
I've lived for more than 10 years in the UK and bought this flat as my own holiday place.
I've moved to Athens for business reasons and I do not have much free time for Corfu holidays as I want.
The whole holiday deal of the flat is very relaxed and the idea is that you get the feeling of having your own little place in Corfu.
Because I grew up on the island and still trying to spent as much time as possible, I will be helping you with anything that you might want to do, see, visit etc on the island.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
The reason I bought this property is one and very simple: I love Corfu and in particular Corfu town.
I always wanted to own a property in the old traditional buildings of Corfu town. Nothing better than to wake up in the morning and get your breakfast and coffee to the main green square seconds away.
It feels like you own a part of the Corfu Town and its vast history.
Although the building is quite old, with hard work it took me 3-4 years to renovate it.
