"Porta del Mar" Beach Villas/Villa CLEO

4 villas within a small complex of 8 traditional beachfront stone houses with direct access to our private beach and spacious gardens, all with amazing sea views. The houses can accommodate from 2-6 persons each. All villas are superbly furnished and tastefully decorated in keeping with the traditional style. Spacious living rooms. Very large comfortable bedrooms, air conditioned. Fully equipped kitchens with cooker, big fridge/freezer, wooden table that seats 4-6 and full range of utensils. Spacious bathrooms (the two storey houses have two bathrooms, one up stairs and one downstairs). Balconies and large verandas, fully equipped, all offering panoramic sea views! The attention to details is fantastic with many extras. The villas include: telephone, TV, hairdryer, kettle, safe, iron, filter coffee maker, daily maid services, 24 hour hot water and linen changed twice a week.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in Euros and for up to 2 persons for CALYPSO and ERATO villas and up to 4 persons for CLEO and Nephele villas. Extra persons are charged Euro 50 per week. Minimum rental period: one week in general, 2 weeks in August. Please check also the other four villas we advertise in ownersdirect with the code GR188.

Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. However, Sunday's are most preferred!

Notes on accommodation
The air conditioning is provided free of charge. Suitable for children. Tasos and Pavlina are not smokers. However, we understand also the freedome of smokers. Therefor, we kindly ask our guests to refrain smoking inside the villa and enjoy smoking in their verandas.

Accessibility
The place is not 100% suitable for people who have severe mobility problems. However, all villas are easily accessible in the ground floor area (bedroom, bathroom and living room/kitchen). Please e-mail us or phone us if in special needs and we will explain in more detail about the suitability of your case.

Outside
Large and relaxing gardens. Direct access to our private beach with free of charge sunbeds for both the garden and our beach.
Astonishing seaviews from our patio. Outside furniture available situated in shaded areas. A small residence snack bar with soft music only opened to our guests!
Barbeque and clay pizza-oven at you disposal for unforgettable evenings!
A safe children’s corner with a lot of toys and games! Small surf boards and lay lows available free of charge to use in our beach.
Free to use parking for your car (we organize car hire!).

Coast/Beach
We are on the beach! We have direct access to our sandy and crystal clear waters, ideal for families and children (very safe!).
We also provide free of charge sunbeds for both our gardens and our beach.

Special interest holidays
Flying lessons and sightseeng available with our Cessna 172 light aircraft. Greek cookery courses available free of charge!
We also arrange for Horse riding. Watersports, scuba diving, etc.

Travel
The area of Aboula-Psarou is situated between the resorts of Amoudi and Tsilivi on the North East coast of the island of Zakynthos just 12 km off Zante town.
You will not find a more idyllic spot anywhere on the island. A quiet and peaceful haven located with magnificent views over the Ionian Sea, where on a clear day you can see out to the island of Kefalonia.
The pretty cove with its private sandy beach with crystal clear sea is an ideal place to relax soaking up the sun.

Distances
Our place is situated in a not very built up area, in the center of “Psarou” beach. However, within walking distance (from 50 to 300 meters) you will find grocery, bakery, taverns and a couple of shared swimming pools. Of course, we highly recommend our beach, which, especially in the mornings looks like a huge quiet and blue colored “swimming pool”!
“Alykes” and “Tsilivi” are our nearest towns, just 10’ drive from “Porta del Mar”!

Further details
Within easy walking distance there are 5 taverns, 4 grocery stores, 2 bakeries and bars.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit of your total cost is required to secure booking. The balance is paid after your arrival and afrer you check the villa. Paypal payments are welcomed by simply using our e mail address.
