This 150sq.m. villas ground level apartment is located east of Lefkas Island, 1km far from cosmopolitan Nydri, and enjoys full privacy. Situated within 2000sq.m. of lawn area, amidst a beautiful garden of all kinds of trees and a unique wood beside the 60sq.m. private swimming pool. The view of the sea and the small islands around (including Onassis Scorpios) is marvellous, the whole environment very serene and relaxing, quiet, ideal for children who need an outside space for playing. The owner, who teaches Greek literature and philosophy is the only person living on the third floor and is happy to share with you information about the local and Greek culture. The car is essential so that you can roam around the enchanting island of Lefkas, however the owner is willing to take care of it in advance, on your account. Finally, I think the more subjective one speaks about his property, the more attractive makes it for the objective viewer and thats the crucial difference.

The private swimming pool is a real pool of 60m2! where you can enjoy swimming and not just splashing in the waters.., with its own wooden fence around and a special doorway for safety reasons (kids), not overlooked and not shared, located beside a beautiful green grove, facing to the
east,sunny through the whole day with panoramic view to the sea, fully equipped (wooden sunbeds, 3 sun umbrellas).
There is also garden furniture (big wooden table with comfortable armchairs).
Coast/Beach
The nearest coast and beach is 1km far from the house,15 mins by walking. There are lots of beaches all around the island for every taste, including the famous Porto Katsiki beach which is classified among the three best in the world for its natural beauty.
Travel
From Preveza (PVK) airport it takes approx.35 mins driving to reach the Villa's apartment. There are direct flights from England (Gatwick and Manchester) every Sunday from May untill October. Athens airport is 4,5 hours drive from the Villa's apartment.
Further details
There is a tavern only 50m far from the house. Shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks 1km far in Nydri town. There is also a basketball area at the house, water sports, horse riding, sailing, diving in Nydri. Tennis, surfing and kite surfing 18km from Lefkas town.

Payments may be made easy, fast and secure to any bank in euros. 50% of the sum at the booking day and the rest during your stay at the villa.
