Niki Apartments is a small semi-rural complex of 16 first-class apartments in 3 buildings. It is surrounded by pine trees and set in lovely gardens, with a large swimming pool for the exclusive use of residents. It is within easy walking distance of the centre of the lively town of Ialyssos with its fine pebble beaches, water-sports, shops, restaurants and other facilities.
Niki attracts both long and short term residents (some residents are year round, some book for the entire summer and some visit annually for a few weeks). The owners also live in their house on the property. Consequently, staying at Niki Apartments is not like staying in a hotel. It gives you a feeling of a home and yet has most of the amenities of a good hotel.

Accommodation comprises: one double bedroom, one sitting room with 2 convertible beds. This type of apartment has an electric stove but no electric oven or washing machine; a washing machine is however installed in the basement of the building and is available to guests free of charge. Niki hotel apartments offers daily maid cleaning service except Sunday; linen, towels, etc provided; air-conditioning and central heating as appropriate. All included in the prices. |

Notes on accommodation
Although all apartments are fully furnished for cooking and eating, continental breakfast is available (brought to your apartment) if desired. Niki Apartments has facilities specifically for small children ie. cots and associated linen (we even use special baby friendly washing powder). Children playing outside however may need adult supervision as the pool area is not fenced off. Elderly people who can manage a flight of stairs will not have any problems.
Outside
Tables, chairs and sun loungers with umbrellas are provided in the pool area for all residents to share.
The pool is more than large enough to accommodate all guests. It is not supervised however so care must be taken with children. Because of the more residential nature of Niki Apartments, you will find that there are rarely more than a few people around the pool at any time and often you will have it to yourself. If you are visiting in the winter the pool is emptied from the beginning of November through April.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is about a 10 minute drive away.
Golf
There is one golf course on the island which is about a 45 minute drive away.
Travel
Rhodes Airport is approx. 8 miles away and the ferry harbour approx. 5 miles away.
Distances
Niki Apartments is on the outskirts of the town of Ialyssos. The town centre is within walking distance(approx. 15 minutes) and is a thriving local community. Rhodes Town is the largest town on the island and is accessible by car, bus or taxi in about 15 minutes. The nearest bus stop is approx. a 15 minutes walk away.
The island of Rhodes has many attractions for the visitor from Ancient Sites to modern shopping. All of the island is easy to visit by car from Niki Apartments.
