Private verandas for each level with splendid view, access to the garden garage and barbeque. The entrance to 'Themis' Housing Estate is guarded adding extra security to an already totally friendly and safe environment.
Coast/Beach
Schinias is located on the East Coast of Attica Peninsula directly open to Aegean Sea, belongs to the Municipality of Marathon famous since Classical Antiquity and for the Long Distance Race. Less than 1hr from Athens, this is one of the most beautiful bathing spots of Greece, with a coastal pine forest ending to fine sand and clear blue waters. This unique beauty made of it a National Park next to the Olympic Rowing Centre. Schinias is undoubtedly an excellent destination for quality vacation.
Travel
40 mins from Athens International airport and Metro, 30 mins from Rafina Port, through to the Aegean Islands, 45 mins from National roads, 10 mins from Ferry Boat to Evia.In proximity a number of interesting archaeological sites. Detailed recommendations will be available at your arrival.
Distances
An easy access to Athens, the Historical cites including Acropolis, shopping centres, at exactly 48km from the house. You can drive either to the city centre directly or to a Metro or Bus connection towards central stations.
