The apartment is 6 years old and is in a quiet street very close to the Acropolis and Plaka areas of Athens -you can walk there in 20 mins. It is close to the train stations of Petralona and Thissio (part of the Athens Metro -15 mins walk) and next to the bus stop that takes you to Syntagma and Omonia Square. The building has only 3 apartments and it is located high on a hill (western slope of Phillopapou hill) with a nice outlook. The Acropolis and Plaka areas are an easy walk and there are small tavernas and other shops in the neighbourhood. It is on the 2nd floor overlooking a park and has an elevator. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Athens airport is approx 30 kms and Piraeus port is 10 kms from the property and can be accessed either by train, bus or taxi. Car hire is not necessary as the property is close to bus and train station (15 mins walk).
The property does have private secure parking included.
