Trizoni enjoys a great location close to the cove of St. Jerusalim. An infinity lap pool designed not to sore the eyes but to blend in with the surrounding countryside. So much that it becomes non-existent. A minimalist contemporary and cutting edge concept with a spacious feel. The bedrooms have open ceilings with large traditional openings providing plenty of light. The outside terraces provide plenty of shade and places for lounging, with the pool terrace providing lots of sun. Truly sophisticated.

| Living Rooms: | The living room is open plan in the downstairs of the house with the dining and kitchen area. It is equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, DVD, docking station, telephone for local calls and WI FI internet service. |

Welcome hamper provided. A heavy cleaning is done once during a one week stay. Pool maintenance and checks are daily. Gardens are watered and attended in the evenings. |

The large terrace overlooks the glorious lap pool and has 2 sitting areas in which to lounge and enjoy the sunsets.There is a hardwood french Provencal table for al fresco dining with Panton seating for up to 14 guests!The gardens are wild with plants local to the area and provide complete privacy for the guests. There is plenty of area for sun lounging and umbrellas are provided.

St. Jerusalim beach 1km / min drive. Alaties beach and taverna 1.9km / 5 min drive. Assos 8km / 20 min drive. Myrtos 30km / 25 min drive. Emplissi beach 6km / 15 min drive.
Special interest holidays
Close to the villa 15 min walk is St. Jerusalim beach, an organized beach with umbrellas, sun loungers, kayaking, and underwater video cameras for hire. Here you will also find a traditional Greek taverna with fresh fish, daily fresh bread, homemade marmalade, and traditional Cephalonian cuisine. Further from the villa, 30 km, is the world famous Myrtos beach, also and organized beach.
Travel
Argostoli airport is 70km away and a 1 hour 30 min drive. Here there is car hire available or a taxi can be arranged to pick you up and transfer you to the villa. There is car hire also available from Fiscardo.

Magganos 2km from the villa. Fiscardo 7km. Antipata 5km. Assos 8km. Basilikades 5km. Argostoli 70km.
Further details
Local shops, restaurants, supermarkets, ATM machines, post, etc can all be found in Fiscardo just a 15 min drive from the villa. Or in Argostoli, the capital, an hours drive from the villa. A doctors office, petrol station and chemist can be found in Basilikades also a 15 min drive from the villa.

A 25% deposit is required when booking and the remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
