Booking notes
Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card or by deposit to our bank account requested by email. For bookings up to 3 nights stay - 1 night deposit is necessary! For bookings from 4 nights stay and on - 30% deposit is necessary. No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 28 days before confirmed arrival date!
Any cancellation made within 27 days before arrival date results of losing the deposit! In case of non show prior to the scheduled date results of losing the deposit!

The owners go out of their way to make you welcome. I have recommended it to several other people who have all enjoyed the stay and returned again. If you want a really relaxing holiday, with nice company this is the place to go.

It has everything we look for in a relaxing holiday. It's so perfect waking up to the sound of the sea just metres away and the sun pouring through the patio doors. The echoes of silence combined with good food and great walks enables us to go home feeing refreshed and happy. The owners are terrific people. Very quiet and kind....All in all...perfect.

About the owner
Nikos Tselentis was born in Fiscardo and after the big earthquake of 1953 went to Congo. His wife Stella who was born in Sami went to Congo to meet him and marry him, on 1957. They gave birth to 3 kids (Eleni - Tasos - Antonis) and they finally return back to Greece in 1968.
He built this hotel in 1991 on his fathers' land. His younger son Antonis operates this hotel and welcomes customers!
Unique benefits of the property
The apartments are 800 meters away from the port of Fiscardo (10 minutes walk). The small beach just in front of the hotel is our private swimming pool! From your balcony you will enjoy watching Lefkas, Ithaca and the sailing boats
