Coast/Beach
The famous Turtle beach can be reached by a short ten minute walk down the track from the villa. Driving to Turtle beach takes about five minutes to either the North or South ends.
The beaches at the coastal resorts of Skala and Katelios can be reached in about ten minutes by car.
Turtle beach is very popular due to its gently sloping shoreline and shallow waters.
Travel
A car is essential.
Kefalonia airport is about 24 miles away and the driving time is about 45 minutes.
Distances
The busy coastal resort Skala is town about two miles away
as is the fishing village of Katelios.
The whole of Kefalonia is steeped in history and has many places of historical interest but above all it's many magnificent beaches and stunning views plus the local people make for a memorable holiday.

Skala has lots of restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
The nearest bank is about 20 minutes drive away in the resort of Poros which also has restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
Argostoli the capital is about 45 minutes drive and has every facility.
