The stunning views are uninterrupted in all directions providing a great outlook from every balcony. There is an elevated private pool area and terrace with 10 sun loungers, this also has great sea views. A spacious patio area with marble tables and BBQ is shaded by a pergola and has a lovely view of the gardens and sea. The landscaped gardens have an abundance of colourful flowers, fruit trees and palms. The villa offers a secluded setting whilst being only minutes away from the local amenities of Skala. Every room of this spacious, modern and contemporary villa is air-conditioned. The villa is well maintained with many returning guests. Wedding parties are welcome.

Outside
The villa is set in 5000 sq.m. of beautifully landscaped gardens. There is a large patio area shaded by a pergola and a large traditional Greek style barbeque. There are 3 marble tables and seating for 10+. It has lovely uninterrupted views of the Ionion sea and gardens which have an abundance of colourful flowers, palms and fruit trees. There is an elevated private pool 10 x 5m and terrace with 10 sun loungers, this has a spectacular sea view as seen in the picture.
Coast/Beach
Skala beach is 500m from the villa and is 1.8km long. There are a large selection of water sports available.

50 minutes from Kefalonia Airport (EFL). 10 minutes from Poros Port. 35 minutes from Sami Port.
Easyjet flights direct from Gatwick Airport. Other flights on travel supermarket.
Car hire recommended and can be arranged online with at least an extra 10% discount when staying at this villa. Details on request.

The nearest bar and restaurant is 500m from the villa and the mini-market is 700m. 2km to Skala Village Square, 10km to Poros Village.
Further details
Skala has a variety of restaurants, bars, food shops, super markets, bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car hire and motor bike/skooter rentals. It's tavernas spread along the coast road towards the villa.
On the beach you will find a water sports centre which has an abundance of water entertainment from water skiing to boat hire.

I live and work in England with my husband and two teenage boys. When I was younger I travelled to many different countries but now I like to spend my holidays in Skala. Its great to take our family and friends to the villa, everyone always has a great time.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
After just one holiday in Skala we bought land and had our lovely villa built. The village has so many lovely restaurants and bars. Everyone you meet is really friendly and no-one is pushy selling things or trying to get you into places, it's totally relaxed.
Unique benefits of the property
We love spending an uninterrupted day relaxing by the pool and then going in to the village in the evening for a lovely meal. If we go out during the day we like to get back and fire up the BBQ, it's great with friends or family with us, a ready made party with no-one to disturb.
