Changeover day
Rates include twice per week cleaning, with change of towels day by day and change of sheets every three days. Arrival and departure times 12.00 (with slight changes if required).

Downstairs on the ground floor, you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a big modern dining table , and a living room with comfortable sofas. Sofas at night may become one double and one single bed so, up to five persons per house can sleep. There is also a beautiful relaxing luxurious bathroom with tub. Ground floor leads to a spacious sea facing veranda with exceptional view. Outdoor furniture with a big umbrella is provided. Notes on accommodation
Suitable for children over ten years old.
Accessibility
Due to the nature of the environment, the villas are not recommended for people with mobility problems. Use of car is recommended.
Outside
Villas are located in the south-western part of the island , totally covered by the olives and pines forest. They stay on the top of Katsaros hill facing the fully green valley that lays down for more than 200 meters. In short distance,the colour turns to deep blue as you face the infinity Aegian Sea becoming one with the blue sky, fully inlighted by the bright summer sun.

There are more than 69 lovely beaches in this fabulous island. It is worth to be searched in Internet.
Travel
How to Get Here:
You can fly directly to Skiathos or through Athens and Thessalonica from where you continue or by domestic flights or by bus and boat. From Thessalonica or Volos you can reach directly by hydrofoils or by boat (1 and half hour and 2 and half hours).
Hydrofoil routes are also available from Agios Konstantinos (close to Kammena Vourla), directly to Skiathos.

About the owner
I live in Volos and in Skiathos (me and two daughters). We launched this project as an occupation after retirement with the aim to offer high level holiday services at reasonable cost, preserving the home style and the personal human relations. As we are not hotel professionals (I am an economist working for a bank) this will be our hobby (with very serious approach) to combine some extra money with the pleasure of keeping people satisfied.

The view of the location is magnificent, combining the green of the forest with the endless view of the sea, far away from the crowds an the totally impersonal hotels of the island.
