The complex is located at the edge of the famous sandy beach of Skala village, 30 min from the island’s International Airport (direct flights from UK/EU) and 35 min from the island`s main port Sami (ferries from Italy via Patra-mainland Greece).

Notes on prices
Prices are quoted per villa per week, for 2/6 persons. Each additional guest (max 2, accommodated in the existing double sofa-bed or 2 extra single folding beds in the spacious living room area) is charged 280 Euros per week. Changeover day
Preferable changeover days Saturday/Sunday. Arrival no earlier than 2pm. Departure no later than 11am.

Family friendly accommodation. All 3 air-conditioned bedrooms can be arranged either as double or twin upon guest`s request. Also, 2 additional guests can be comfortably accommodated in the spacious living room area either in the existing double sofa-bed or two extra single folding beds. Coast/Beach
Just a few meters beside the villa there is a secluded beach, actually your personal diving board into the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea! Easy access (stairs).
Travel
Villa Brio is 30 min drive from island's international airport (direct flights from UK/EU). Villa Brio is 35 min drive from Sami (island`s main port). The guest can take the ferry from Italy to Patra (mainland Greece) and then take the ferry from Patra to Sami port, about 3 hours trip. Villa Brio is just 10 min drive from Poros port. The guest can drive 1 hour from Patra to Killini port(mainland Greece) and take the ferry to Poros (75 min trip).

Skala Village 1.6 km. Poros Village 12 km. Argostoli (island`s capital town) 34 km. Sami (island`s main port) 30 km.
Further details
In Skala village, which is just 15 minutes easy walk from Villa Brio, there are restaurants, bars, food shops, super market, bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car/bike rentals.
At the sandy beach of Skala, next to Villa Brio, there is a water sports center, scuba and boat hire.
Walking and cycling along the coast is a superb experience.
Tennis is available in nearby hotels, while mountain biking, horse riding, sea kayak and trekking within 30 minutes drive.

"Villa Brio is a modern and stylish villa, that had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It's location is excellent - just outside Skala (not too far to walk, but a taxi home was a useful option at 5 Euros!) with wonderful views of the coastline and across to Zante. The owners were hospitable and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The private pools provide the icing on the cake! We had a fantastic holiday, and will definitely return. Highly recommended!"
