The apartment offers a double bedroom, large lounge area, large bathroom and kitchenette with cooking facilities and fridge. Continental breakfast is available on request.

Non smoking property. Outdoor smoking area only.
Baby sitting service offered by owners (10 euros an hour). Many items available for babies at no extra cost including car seat, pushchair, cot, highchair, steriliser etc.

Situated in a quiet area the garden includes a private 30sq metre mosaic tiled swimming pool with stone built shower area. The owners have put ambient lighting within the trees and bushes for beautiful evenings beside the pool.
The patio includes large wooden table and 6 chairs, large sun umbrella, small BBQ and 2 sunloungers.
Coast/Beach
The coast road is 1.5km from the property which offers an endless amount of beaches to be explored. The nearest beach is 2km from the property offering sunloungers, umbrellas and beach bar and beautiful clean sea suitable for children. Within 4km there is a luxury beach club offering dining, activities and live DJ.
Golf
Nearest golf course is in Glyfada which is 20km from the property. The Glyfada Golf Course is an 18 hole, Par 72 course and was designed by Donald Harradine. The Glyfada Golf Course opened in 1966 and has hosted such events as the World Cup Tournament, the Mediterranean Gamers and for the past three years, the PGA Senior Greek Open.
Skiing
Nearest skiing facilities are situated in Parnassos, approx 180km from the property, which offers a full ski centre.

Lovely place to stay - comfortable, well equipped, peaceful and a great base for exploring. The boys loved the local beach and now think that our garden at home needs a swimming pool! Lots of places to eat round about, but useful to have the option to cook when we wanted to. Tracey is very welcoming and it's helpful to have a landlady whose native tongue is English!
