The living area consists of a large open plan room with bi-fold doors, which lead off the living area onto a large terrace, with comfortable sofa and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the superb view and surroundings. There are stairs off the terrace and two of the bedrooms, which lead to the sundeck, patio and swimming pool. Within the living area there is a fully fitted kitchen, an 8-seat dining table, and a relaxation area with sofas, TV, DVD player etc. The swimming pool overlooks the bay and has a separate children's area.

Outside
Outside sun terrace with 8 sunbeds, dining table and 8 chairs, BBQ and swimming pool with separate children's end. The pool has a heater which will be turned on if necessary but in the summer natural temperatures are usually adequate. From 1st October to 30th April a surcharge is applicable for use of the pool heater.

3km to the sandy beaches, harbour and resort of Elounda.

To secure the booking you will need to send 15% deposit to the owners bank account with the remainder plus a 300 euros refundable damage security deposit 6 weeks prior to arrival.

We were told that the view would be even better than the listing pictures and it certainly is so - nothing detracts from the simply stunning view and setting of this villa. Inside, the villa meets virtually all needs – minimalist modern stylish décor, fabulously comfortable beds, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, generously sized heatable pool, – its all there. They even supply luxury white towelling gowns for lounging around in. We struggled to think of a negative – you do need a car & the last stretch to get to the villa is a little hair-raising. However, in 12 years of staying in villas across the Med, this comes top. D & J London, UK

The villa must have one of the most amazing views on Crete. You too will be constantly amazed to sit and gaze out at the beautiful view of the blue Aegean water and tranquil islands. When you tire of that you can go down to the coast and enjoy the magnificent sandy beaches and numerous restaurants in Elounda.
