The roof terrace has a generous shaded dining table and sun terrace all enjoying village and sea views.

| You enter Shipmates house from a small side road. Walk inside to a large lounge, dining, kitchen area with a double sofa bed and adjoining a beautiful bathroom. Up a couple of steps there is an air-conditioned double bedroom and an air-conditioned twin bedroom. Above the courtyard is a roof terrace with a dining table. For large groups this house can be booked in conjunction with the neighbouring Captains House. The house will be cleaned and have linen/towels changed once a week. | |

Located in the centre of the traditional village of Milatos, North East Crete. The house enjoys views over the village, valley, mountains and sea. Milatos is far enough away from the busy holiday resorts yet close enough to take advantage of their facilities for shopping and dining. Just 1 km away you can enjoy the waterfront fish tavernas of Milatos and safe swimming beaches.

To secure the booking you will need to send 20% deposit to the owners bank account with the remainder plus a 250 euros refundable damage security deposit 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Milatos is a real living traditional village which means you have the chance to feel the real Cretan flavour. The village is quiet and peaceful but is easy to get to from the airport and to travel around. The restaurants and seafront are ideal for relaxing away from the tourist traps.
