Detached house with a swimming pool. This is the deluxe version of the award winning White Houses of Lardos. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious living room with fireplace. Electric and solar heating, air-conditioning, Satellite TV. A private garden and a shaded parking area. The villa is situated on a private development of just 25 similar properties, being possibly the most private of all of the properties as it is at the far end of the row with unobscured views of the mountains and olive groves. It is just 2 mins walk from the lively and friendly village of Lardos (pop. 900) which has an abundance of tavernas, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There is also an English speaking doctor and pharmacy in the village. The village is well served by bus and taxi to Rhodes Town and other resorts including the famous resort of Lindos (5km).

Changeover day
Saturday or Wednesday. The villa is available from 4pm check out is at 11am Please state if you require the villa longer due to flight times and we can check if it is available for a later checkout.

The villa is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the south west edge of Lardos. All rooms have air conditioning and shutters to keep rooms cool. Smoking is outside only please.

Ground floor with large level tiled pool terrace south and east facing. Private pool 8x4m. Pool and garden maintained regularly. Gazebo covered car port. First floor with gazebo balcony south and east facing with mountain views.
Coast/Beach
The villa is within walking or cycling distance (2km) to the blue flag beaches of Lardos and Pefki and within 5km of the famous resort of Lindos.
Golf
Rhodes has one 18 hole golf course at Afandou. This is a 20 mins drive from the property. 10 mins walk or 2 mins in the car is a brand new family orientated crazy golf course!
Travel
Rhodes airport is approx 45 mins drive. You can hire a car at the airport or take a taxi (fixed price 37 euros). A rental car is recommended, although not essential. Buses and taxis are available from Lardos square (3 min walk) to take you all over the Island.

Booking notes
Booking are made directly with the owner (see contact details) A deposit of 20% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks before departure. If you are booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable. There is also an £200 security bond payable 8 weeks before departure - this is held by the owner and returned to you immediately after your holiday (providing no damage has occurred).
